From the minute we walked in, we knew this hotel was exceptional! Located at the heart of the square and walkable to so many incredible things in Florence. Monica and Umberto were so helpful upon arrival and Mattheo was great to chat with to learn more about this family hotel. The breakfast staff were exceptional…cappuccinos were lovely and breakfast was perfect! The hotel history was fascinating and the staff went out of their way to make sure any and all needs were fulfilled. The windows and views in our bedroom were breathtaking! Will surely miss this unique hotel experience!

This is one of the best places we have stayed at. The rooms were authentic, yet in great condition and clean. The service was extra-ordinary. George and his team provided us with a great daily breakfast and were so welcoming into their kitchen for anything we needed. They also provided free drinks, which we all loved, and had a chance to meet some of the other guests, and all of us were as in love with the hotel and service. In addition to all this, the place is so perfectly located and within 10 minutes of all the top attractions, but it’s quiet at night. The AC was effective and beds were comfortable. We were on the top floor, so did have to climb stairs which was the only con, however the room was well worth it. They do have an elevator for your luggage, which they helped bring up and take down for us. I would stay here again without a doubt!

The hotel was right in the middle of a beautiful piazza. It’s in a very convenient location (15 minute walk from the train station) and is close to several shops and great food options. The staff was incredibly nice and made you feel right at home. Would absolutely go back.

We stayed for 2 nights at tis boutique hotel. Full marks for service, hospitality, cleanliness and excellent location (close to the main sights). The breakfast is especially prepared (no buffet). There are no complaints. Thanks to the amazing staff! I will be back :)

From the time we entered to the hotel to the time we left we were surrounded with excellent service, beautiful authentic environment and warm atmosphere. We were welcomed by Sebastian who was so polite, kind and classy that the first impression of whole city of Florence was assured. The room was big and welcoming with all needed amenities. The location of the hotel is just perfect; close to stores, restaurants and many important and historic places, surrounded with art. Hotel's homemade breakfast was delicious and very nicely served. Overall, we loved this hotel and very thankful to the owners who mange to provide such great service for their guests.

This hotel is a gem. Umberto and his staff couldn’t be more helpful and the location was simply spectacular. The room were very spacious and super clean and convenient. The upstairs mini fridge was stocked with cold water and soft drinks which was perfect in lieu of a mini bar. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Florence.

The staff was so helpful and friendly, and the location was fabulous! The room was spacious and the breakfast was great as well. What a wonderful perk, especially if you have an early tour and want to sleep in a bit longer. My only small complaint was that the shower was part of the bathtub so a bit awkward but nowhere near a big enough issue to mark off any stars. We would stay here again, to be sure.

I can’t imagine a better place to stay in Florence. The staff is outstanding, the breakfast was wonderful, we loved our room, and you are absolutely right, where you want to be in the middle of Florence.

The entire staff was incredibly helpful and friendly! Great restaurant recommendations and help with reservations (Maga Maro was wonderful), and a very comfortable room. Location is very convenient for walking to all other attractions in the city and in a popular area for shopping and restaurants. Would absolutely return!

Just had the opportunity to stay one night. Location was great! Staff and service was excellent! Plenty of dining options close by as well as shopping. Would definitely stay here again!
