This hotel is getting old and worn out and it shows. The floor in the bathroom was literally slanted and the tiles were collapsing towards the shower, to the point where the toilet was also slanted. I guess this concerned me more than the water damage/wall paper peeling right off the walls and cheap cushion cover-up on the chair which I’m sure hid a bunch of gross.
The structural concerns took precedence over the gummy candy remaining on the floor as well. Heat/cooling worked good, mattresses were the usual, and the breakfast was good as well. Location is easy to get to and quiet.

In a convenient location. Rooms are clean. Staff is very nice. The breakfast has something for everyone. Quiet at night. Good place to stay if you are visiting Syracuse.

Staff were very friendly. Check in was quick and easy. Over all seemed outdated in some areas and felt a litlle dingy. Our room was clean and we had early check in. Breakfast was good and typical breakfast food. Not worth the price but we did stay on a night of concert.

Carpet into the bathroom was pulling up and a trip hazard.

Great stay! We were there for a week because our daughter had our first grandchild. The staff always asked how everyone was doing. The staff is very friendly and helpful!!
Everything was always VERY clean and comfortable...our room, the lobby, breakfast area....!!

Need Renovation asap. Room old smelly bathroom full of caulking and old.
Lobby looks good, they took care of the lobby and good area but not the rooms. Hallway carpets old stained and smelly. Would wait until they renovate to go again. Too expensive for the experience. Staff is good but rooms are not.

Arrived at the hotel late after a long drive from New York. Arrived at 10 pm and went straight to the room. Lucky the room had 2 beds because the bed on the left had hair on the pillow and on the comforter. Hair all over the washroom floor. Not hygienic at all. Please get back to me as soon as possible.

The check in was great. The lobby was very deceiving because it portrayed that the facility had been upgraded. Unfortunately not!!!! The rooms were subpar by far. The carpet as dirty not walking on it without shoes. There were dings and scratches all over. The room smelled of mildew and for someone with asthma it wasn't fun. the furniture reminded you of a motel not a hotel it was so outdated. The mattress was bumpy because they had so many blankets under the sheet for whatever reason. I did look for bedbugs and there were none thank god. The door to the room had a 2 inch space from the bottom of the door. The only good thing they had going for them was the breakfast, The breakfast staff was nice and tried to keep up with the crowd
