The property is beautiful, the staff very accommodating and friendly, clean rooms and right on the beach!!!! We extended our stay for another night!

Hotel is in allright condition. Indoor pool and spa much appreciated. Good maid service. Waitress at the restaurant very friendly and food was good. Moderately priced at that time of the year.

Location was great, staff was very friendly. The hot tub, pool and fitness center were great on a very rainy day. The beach access and views were definitely a highlight. Overall, I would definitely stay there again.
I didn't give 5 stars for 3 reasons - 1) there were small staples sticking up on the edge of the carpet, where it connected to the tile in the kitchen and bathroom area, 2) there was no coffee provided in the room. There was a coffee pot, but no coffee. Finally, although my GF breakfast was good, by husband and son reported that their breakfast was disappointing (eggs benedict). We ended up walking down the street to the market.

Well maintained, good value. Directly on the beach. Rooms are comfortable and well equipped. No AC but the air flows well and it wasn't an issue, but sort of strange to sleep with windows open and shades up for air flow on a hallway with people walking by. Shuttle bus gives easy access to and from PTown and free for seniors. Pool was very pleasant and nicely maintained facilities.

The bed was so comfortable and they give you lots of pillows. They do not provide shampoo, so bring your own.

Older property but very clean! We were there in early May so we didn’t get to enjoy beach! It was nice having a small kitchen! Great location! Never used tennis courts or swimming pool! I would come back!

The bed was terrible. Needs new mattress and bed springs. The couch/sofa was very soft and hard to get out off.

It was great. But I probably would have preferred roe us to be able to walk to Provincetown. But that was only due to weather.

I had a room next to the workers apartment and u could hear them on the other side of the wall at 5:30am.Very loud and disrespectful not worrying about other guests.

Pleasant room across the street from the waterside main hotel was very clean, comfortable and quiet. Seating area with fridge and microwave allows simple meals. Staff very professional and kind. Excellent location.

Amazing view, wonderful location, the resort has everything you would want. The restaurant was fab. It is an older property but it is well maintained. My only complaint would be the condition of the slider on the balcony, the slider was stiff to move and the screen was binding and would fall off. I loved that we had a full-size fridge, and although we didn't make use of the cooktop, the kitchen was well-supplied and the beds were comfy. We'll want to stay here again.

You're paying for the views...the hotel is dated and needs a serious renovation...but again...the views alone is worth the stay...yes...you're literally on the water...staff was amazing...very courteous and efficient...

If you are looking for simple, clean, friendly staff and lots of amenities for the area, this is it! Don’t expect a 5-star resort, but this is a bit of a throw back in time. We visited with our 2 young children. They loved the indoor pool!! My husband and I loved being right on the beach, having a small kitchen, the cleanliness of the entire resort and the friendliness of the staff. It was our first time visiting, but we’ll definitely be back!
