For an open property is a dead town it was perfect. We enjoyed our stay but have a few thoughts. Although the beds were memory foam they were hard, my mother and I had a hard time sleeping. In the smaller rooms there is one hot plate, one fry pan and one deep soup pan. We could have used a second fry pan but we made it work. If the rooms have bunk beds I would suggest screwing them to the wall. I attempted to sleep up top so we had a place to lay out bags but every time I moved there entire bunkbed shifted.
Other than those minor things it was a great place to stay. Very clean and lots of communication via text.

Casitas at Capitol Reef is such a great place to stay. We stayed only one night but would love to return for a longer stay! We stayed in one of the rooms, but they also have tiny homes (one even had a stargazing deck!). They provide a fire pit, picnic tables for some outdoor time after a long day. We highly recommend the Casitas at Captiol Reef!

The room was beautiful. We stayed for 2 nights and slept so well. It was great having the kitchen too. Everything was perfect for us.

Interesting place. No office, they text you the room code, provide a phone number for questions. TV service terrible. New place, unique, ongoing construction but that did not interfere. Dirt, gravel drive and parking which I hate (I like clean cars). No breakfast. A/C on and off every 5 minutes, very noisy.

The Casita was very new, clean and well apportioned. We met the owner and really liked her. They are continuing to improve the property and are adding three new Casitas. We had an excellent experience.

I couldn't enter the property and it was already around 12 in the night. The property wasn't responding. I can understand there might be a glitch but customer service could be better.

The room was very big with big closet and bathroom.
The mattress definitely needs to be replaced. Very uncomfortable!!
The A/C unit was extremely noisy! It was so loud you couldn’t even hear the tv.

a "tiny house" motel that was reliable, quiet and clean. Loved the little balcony at the back for breakfast. Everything you need to get up and go.
