I'm going to start out saying I've stayed in some pretty sleezey no tell motels before with nothing but a place to rest your head. This hotel is a health hazard and should be shut down. If your allergic to mold or mildew just keep on looking. The smell in there was so strong my suitcase now smells of mildew along with our clothes and gifts purchased while there. Thankfully we stayed gone most of our trip so only had to inhale it at night. The check in clerk and hotel staff we encountered were incredibly rude, everytime we walked into the lobby they were laid out in a chair with headphones in. The breakfast was comparable to a picked over counter at 7-11, my husband asked about syrup and the lady was so rude to him because SHE forgot to put it out. We asked for an additional pillow because it was a king size bed with two pillows, the lady offered to put it in our room while we were gone instead of just handing it to us, Im sorry I have trust issues and did not want anyone in with our belongs while we were gone. The walls had splatter marks on them, god knows what that was. Every surface in the bathroom had mold on it, the floor, the toilet, the shower, the curtain, the tiles hell even the door hinges had mold on them. There was hair in the tub and the sink. And the toilet wasnt even attached to the floor, it had soo much caulk and things shoved under it everytime you stood up it slammed into the wall. The furniture in the room was dirty, scratched and not matching at all.

The gal that checked us in was pleasant and quick. The rooms are in need of serious work. Deadbolt did not work & cleaniness was less than average. Bathroom floors had dirt and debris, something was spilled & dried on the top of the frig, bedding & towels had stains (questionable if they were clean). However the beds were good.

The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. It was just one woman, but she was very attentive and accommodating. The bed in this hotel is worth twice the price. The room was clean and felt very safe, but the mattress was everything. Comfortable, clean, made me want to ask for the brand so I could buy one. Just an amazing place to rest for an awesome vecation. No view, just motel type grounds in the middle of a busy street, but a little piece of home base for a rest away from the bump and grind.

This has been remodeled I'm assuming because the rooms were just darling. Cool modern furniture comfortable chair comfortable bed and pillows the staff was super nice and helpful they not look like much on the outside but the rooms are nice clean renovated roomy just a good room for the price

The reviews painted this place horrible it wasn't the staff was very accommodating. The cleaning team could use some work besides great experience for price

It was a great stay. Pet friendly and very enjoyable. Quiet and easy to get our dog in and out. Felt very safe and comfortable. It was the first trip with our dog and he felt at home. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

This hotel is terrible! The first room they gave us had mold. The second room had urine on the bathroom floor and mold on the ceiling. The third room was marginal at best. There were stains on the bedspread and the chair. So much more wrong in the room. I bought cleaning supplies and sanitized all surfaces. The air conditioner had not had the filter cleaned in a very long time. It was filthy. I cleaned it. I also had an issue getting the internet to work so I went to the front office as the filthy phone in the room didn’t work properly. I had the ring the bell twice before someone came to assist me and she was a bit rude. I would not recommend this hotel unless you do not care about cleanliness or friendly service. I will never stay here again.

This property is very convenient to many places in the area and right next door to several stores. This property is very dated and our room smelled very musty. The staff however is very friendly and accommodating.

We noticed that the room was very humid when we first entered. Almost the entire room was covered in mold and mildew. We went and bought our own pillows because the ones supplied by Garnet Inn were covered with mildew and one had blood on it. We have stayed there in the past when it was Quality Inn and it was never in that type of condition. I will never stay there again and won’t recommend anyone staying there.

The staff communication was not the best as far as features ( had to come back to tge office to ask about the wifi and i was meet with a small attitude about the question). I was also was not told that i was being charged for the room when i received the key. I wanted to pay with a different card which was what was stated on the website. I explained this and i was told that is normal to charge the room when you get to the location. I said that is fine but informing someone/stating you are bring charged on xxxx card for the amount if xxxx for the amount of xx days would be appreciated. The head boards had weird marks on them. The toilet had some stains and the bathroom needs some tlc
