b) Respecter en tout temps le nombre maximal de personnes permises.
c) Maintenir l'immeuble dans un bon état de propreté tout au long du séjour. Le matin du départ : mettre la vaisselle sale dans le lave-vaisselle et le mettre en marche, s'assurer de la propreté du four à micro-ondes, de la cafetière, des comptoirs (chaudrons rangés, etc.), du frigo (exempt de toute nourriture périssable), de même que de la propriété en général (absence de toutes traces de dégâts), sortir les poubelles dans les bacs respectifs.
d) Se comporter de manière à ne pas causer de dommages ou de bris à l'immeuble ainsi qu'au mobilier.
e) Ne pas déplacer les meubles de la propriété par respect pour la décoration des propriétaires.
f) Autoriser le personnel d’entretien à accéder à l'intérieur de la propriété et à l'extérieur de l'immeuble en cas d’urgence, de bris ou de réparation à effectuer.
Le défaut de respecter les obligations mentionnées ci-haut entraînera de plein droit l'annulation de la réservation et l'expulsion immédiate des locataires, le tout sans aucun remboursement du loyer et/ou du dépôt de garantie, à titre de dommages et intérêts liquidés d'avance.
Advenant un problème majeur dans l'unité, nous nous réservons le droit de vous relocaliser.
THE LESSEE AGREES TO :
a) Not sublet the property under any circumstances.
b) Respect the maximum number of people permitted at all times.
c) Ensure that the rental property remains clean and inhabitable during the length of the stay. Upon departure, to put the dirty dishes in the dishwasher and turn it on, ensure the cleanliness of the microwave, coffee machine, counters (pots and pans stored, etc.), fridge (without perishable food), as well as the cleanliness of the property in general (no messy spots), to take out the garbage in the respective bins.
d) Behave in such a way as not to incur damages to the property or its furnishings.
e) Refrain from moving any piece of furniture in order to respect the owner’s décor.
f) Authorize access to the maintenance staff inside of the property or outside of the building in case of an emergency, damage or necessary repair.
Failure to respect these conditions will result in the cancellation of the reservation and the immediate expulsion of the lessee(s) from the rental property, without reimbursement of rental fees and/or security deposits, as these monies will be forfeited to pay damages.
In the event of a major problem, we reserve the right to relocate you.

The apartment was situated perfectly in the Old Town near restaurants, shops,etc. it was very well appointed if you want to cook your own meals. I downgraded a bit because the apartment I originally booked had already been taken and was switched without checking with me first. I can’t say whether it was any better or worse than what I got, though. The layout was a bit odd in that one of the beds was actually in the entry area. Also, we couldn’t get the tvs to work and some of the electrical was a bit wonky. No elevators and 3rd floor wasn’t ideal either. Over all, though, it was a good experience.

Upon arrival we were disappointed in the building...just a door on a very busy street with what looked like an abandoned building next to it...but do not fret...once we got to our condo, it was beautiful and looking out on a lovely quiet street. It was up 2 flights of stairs (we didn't see an elevator) but that just got us ready for walking around the city. As you go into the apartment, the bed is right there which seemed weird but ended up being nice as this meant the kitchen - living room area had natural light from 2 beautiful tall windows. Management responded to our questions quickly. We would defietly stay here again!

We contacted property manager about our coffee pot, and it was already replaced by the time we returned to the apartment!

The apartment is exactly what you see in the photos. It is very quiet, has a comfortable bed, and has a well set-up kitchen. I thought it may be a problem having the bedroom right at the front door but it actually worked well. A couple of things to aware of:
- the location is better than it seems when you first arrive: the building fronts onto a busy road that runs along the river. (A short walk to the Gare du Palais for anyone arriving by train) However the apartment is actually at the back of the building and overlooks the quiet rue St -Paul, full of antique shops and galleries. Note that the apartment is right at the bottom of the hill, so that there are numerous steep slopes and/or stairs to get to the interesting places.
- It would have been helpful to have some information for visitors about where to buy groceries, how to work the television etc. The épicerie on rue Couillard is only about 350 metres away (mainly up!) but does not stock much in the way of fruit and vegetables. I walked quite a way into the newer part of town to find the kinds of food I wanted to cook.
- access into the shower/bath-tub may create challenges for anyone with mobility issues as you have to step around the toilet to get in. Not recommended for anyone with an arthritic hip!
- if you go up onto the roof terrasse, be aware that you must remember the code to get back into the stairwell, and the door is very tricky to open from the roof side. I was well and truly stuck until a pleasant young man came to help me open it - and even he found it tough to push open.

While check in was easy w information given, I reached out a few times during stay with concerns and received no reply, which would have made the stay that much easier. I hope the management can figure this out, because that will make for glowing reviews and a wonderful combination.

Perfectly located to all the old town cafes, quiet, very clean and well appointed flat. Very happy with the stay.

Very comfortable apartment with easy access to both upper and lower sections of the old city. Would stay here again if in Quebec City for sure!
