The space:

From the entrance, you will be charmed by the natural light that runs through the main living space. There is a modern kitchen, very well equipped (Nespresso and Filter coffee machine) and open to the dining area. In itself, a friendly layout to share good times around a good meal! From the kitchen you can access the garage, where you will find the washing machine and a second fridge/freezer.

Then you can relax comfortably in the seating area with a beautiful cathedral-shaped ceiling height overlooking the beautiful terrace and garden fully enclosed and facing south. Finally, the master bedroom with its office space (safe), wardrobe and bathroom with walk-in shower, complete the whole.

Then take the beautiful staircase and access the mezzanine, ideal for your readings which gives you access to the second bedroom with its ensuite bathroom and separate toilet.

Finally, the major advantage of this house is its location. Indeed, you can access the long hiking trail (GR 34) from the garden and walk along the side trails that surround the house. La Belle Etoile beach is less than 400 meters away.
The accommodation is 6 km from downtown Concarneau, many amenities are available within 2 km, bar, restaurants, bakery, tobacco...
