Great view...peaceful...good location. Apartment is quite old but was generally clean n well kept.... facilities were good enough.

Quite old the entire apartment. Pillows n comforters should b changed completely. Bedsheets were fresh n clean but pillows n cases were too old...

Strategic location for food court and restaurant nearby, also walking distance to 2 hiking trails. It's commendable that extra blanket and hair dryer given as requested and unblocked spectacular mountain view from the balcony of our unit, also complete kitchen utensils for simple cooking with induction cooker and water filter etc. *Additional feedback after reading the owner's prompt reply. 1. Thanks for the free upgrade to a better unit in Block A3. The unit and furniture are undoubtedly refurbished and nice to stay. 2. Not intended to cheat the owner as stated clearly on the confirmation slip that the booking of the apartment with balcony is for 6 pax, including a baby. 3. All the electrical appliances in the unit is functioning well. It's excellent to have an induction cooker. Just a recommendation to pay more attention on cleaning the inner part or may consider replacing the electric kettle, rice cooker and microwave. 4. We were so satisfied with the view from our balcony though the unit is located at 2nd floor. Well done. Keep up the great work!

Expected to have standing fan with 1 single and 1 queen bed in both rooms, however, there is no standing fan at all and there is only 1 queen bed in one of the room. When called the assistant to enquire further, he told there is 1 futon available in the wardrobe. The electric kettle, rice cooker and microwave may require more cleaning/replacement. It's shocked with loud piping pressure sound when turning on the kitchen tap water. There was renovation/construction in neighborhood with loud and continuous drilling from 3-5pm on a public holiday. The room rate was fluctuated. It was cheaper after my reservation.

Keys are picked up at the guardhouse. Main door has 2 locks but only used 1 lock when leaving the premise. And that lock is the easiest to be broken into. Better to be given keys for the 2nd lock too. Place is kept clean and is well kept but there were some items that needs immediate repairs. Particularly the shower head and the balcony sliding door lock.

The electric water jug is the cheap plastic type that gives an odor to the water. Better to replace with good quality stainless steel electric water jug. Sad to see Fraser Hills becomes a less frequent place with not sufficient nice places for food. On our 2nd day, it was Tuesday, a day after a public holiday, we could not find breakfast at 9.30 am. Most of the eateries were closed. There were not much choices of eateries. We ended up in Shahzan Inn for an expensive buffet breakfast. Next time, if we come again, we need to bring our own food and use the facilities in the apartment to do our own cooking. Or we need to get up earlier for breakfast. Hope the state government can spike up this place. Many buildings like Shahzan Inn could do with a new coat of paint. The golf course and several place like the interactive bird center seems to be hit by the Covid - no longer in operation. Even the waterfall is out of bound.

Rooms to improve: 1. Cleanliness of the facility, bed, bedsheet and pillow kind of unpleasant smelling. Wall paint dropping off, washroom door is not able to close. 2. Most windows are not able to close tightly. The washroom though clean but the hoses and shower curtain are not. Toilet flush are not efficient to refill hence only 1 flush are capable with short timeframe. 3. Only 1 lift and little clumsy. 4. The security is not friendly. Pros: 1. Strategically located 2. Plenty of parking and easily assessible.

The unit provided is very spacious and clean.

Had to go down 8 steps to reach the unit.

The apartment is comfortable and the scenery is super nice. Rooms are spacious and very clean. I enjoyed the stay here.

The apartment is a bit old. But cleanliness is ok, with the price and view, can't complain much. 😃😃

Good for family

It is quite, not far from town centre and food court taking few minutes walk (but golfers not suitable to walk with your golf bag - need to drive to the golf course). Plenty parking space. Recommended for family or small group. Provided with utensils for cooking if do not want to go out for dining (but recommended to buy the supply at Bentong town first before driving up to Fraser Hill). Wall to wall carpet except kitchen area which is cold feet.

May be can improve on the water heater system as need to wait for hot water after being use for around 15-20mins (need to wait turn if coming with family or small group size).
