Clean room and nice location. Just what I needed for a short trip

It was a pleasant stay. Staff friendly. Room clean w/ fridge and microwave...internet available. Bathroom needs updating.

Do not recommend staying here! Sheets on bed were stained, bathroom was dated and fixtures were rusted and dirty. There was hair on the bathroom floor that certainly wasn’t mine, and an overall musty and moldy smell. If you’re looking for a good place near the beach to bring a hooker and do drugs, this is the place for you.

How can you go to eat during "check-in" time? Drove 5-1/2 hrs to get there by 3, or after as that was the 'advertised' check-in time! Arrived at 3:45 and office was locked. No note, no sign, just a number to call on the door. Called and a young woman who answered informed me when I asked about checking in that they were "at lunch"! I mentioned it was check-in time and she said they have to eat! I waited nearly a full hour when a man, named Carlos returned on his bike and checked myself (and another couple who had just arrived) in to a room. TOTALLY UNHEARD OF & UNQUESTIONABLY UNPROFESSIONAL! And just take a look at the room I was in! By the way, the long black hairs (1 on the shower wall and another on 1 of the wash cloths) are NOT mine! My head is shaved daily! TOTALLY DISGUSTED! I spent 27 years in the military and stayed in hotels in 3rd world countries that were cleaner than this place...and they were THERE when I was checking in, as well! NEVER AGAIN!

Right out of Fire Walk with Me. Really needs a deep scrub, a new coat or paint, and some new bedding. Other than that, the location can't be beaten for the price.

This hotel, or rather, motel, is in terrible condition. I am enclosing photos of some of the problems. First of all, the bed was terribly uncomfortable, but the horrible condition was even worse. The bathroom had mold inside the shower, also mold on corners of the shower to the wall. The shower curtain kept falling down. There was water leaking all over the floor, either from the sink or the toilet. The paint was chipped off the doors, a hole in the ceiling covered with tape, and a hole in the room wall. I am VERY disappointed in hotels.com, because I have usually had a good experience with their recommendations, but this “good deal” was horrible! We were so distressed that we didn’t sleep good, especially with the whole mattress sinking in at the middle! We left for a cruise the next day, and were super exhausted. What a nightmare, stay away from this place. The only good things about it were the location and some nice people who worked there.
