Location, it was a clean and spacious room with such a beautiful view. The staff were friendly yet professional. Even the food wasnt bad at all.
The TV in my room didn't work I had to call multiple times for it. There were no toiletries provided which was weird. Most of all, no mats or slippers were provided in the room.

Parking wasn’t available at property so I had to parked at Paid parking which cost Rs 1200 for two days

The experience was not good as the balcony was shared...there were no toiletries provided and after asking also they gave 1 small local soap. They have mentioned Buffet restaurant but leave buffet restaurant was not operational as the hotel said there are few guests living so we cannot open restaurant...

Only location is good. It is near by library Chauk.
Cleaning and facilities are worst. Bathroom tap and Bucket were broked.

We had to order BF. It wasn’t bad. Location is good.
Not as clean as we expected. Tv , wifi not working, room was not cleaned properly. Door lock were jammed.

Room size was good
They did not clean the room or bathroom after checkin. Even used glasses and utensils were not picked up after repeated requests. Bed was in front of bathroom door and there was no exhaust in bathroom so bad smell of bathroom passed through the room.

Location is awesome and the best part is, the overall view from the hotel is beautiful. Be it Mall Road, Greenery etc.etc
Not much to share but I had the opportunity to meet the owner of the property and shared my observations for improvement which he happily acknowledged and assured to improve. Overall good first experience.

the location is bang on the Mall Road near the taxi stand
it’s very close to the road so the traffic noise can disturb your sleep

Room size, location, cost of food.
Surrounding sounds. Common gallery was crowded by neighboring room people. They drink and smoke in open gallery and the smoke and smell cause me throat chock. Also they were talking so loudly in common gallery till late night and thats why my family could not sleep.

The location is perfect in the vicinity of the market.
Breakfast was average but was not bad.
View from the window is nice.
Hotel do not provide parking facility and does not provide porter to carry your luggage from the nearest drop point of taxi.
Also, room for breakfast is too small. It can hardly accomodate 15 people at a time.
