Great location, really good breakfast. Only downfall it was in the middle of heat wave and we had the top room. Boiling.

Upon arrival we were greeted by Melanie and Al they made us feel so welcome and they couldn'tdo enough for you. Rooms were very modern and very clean they had everything you needed for your stay.they even recommended us some were lovey to eat too which didn't let us down .breakfast was spot on too the choice from a ray of cereals and yogurt and fruit and ending in a lovely cook breakfast. The b&b felt home from home .Will be returning here and recommending this lovely place to everyone.

Michelle and Al, the hosts, were amazing, helpful and pleasant. Nothing too much bother. Breakfast was tops, rooms spotless, beds so comfy and free parking.

There was nothing to dislike. This BnB is superb.

Everything was excellent, the breakfast had everything you want from a B+B - good choice/variety/plenty of it/pleasant surroundings/well presented. The rooms were clean and cosy, the location is ideal for a stroll on the 'prom', shops, gym/swimming pool, pubs restaurants/shops are all within a 5 minute walk and the private car park is at the rear of the property away from the street. Al and Michelle are a really lovely couple, very warm, welcoming and friendly. There is plenty of information about where to eat and what to see, but if you are in any doubt they are more than happy to make recommendations and have a chat with you. They are obviously very genuine people who are keen to look after you and make sure you enjoy your stay - which we definitely did!

Nothing at all. We were at the top of the building which meant quite a lot of stairs, which wasn't a problem for us and we were made aware of this beforehand, but just mention it if you struggle with mobility and I imagine Al and Michelle would definitely put you somewhere more accessible if available.

Beds were superb. Breakfast was fantastic 3 of us shared the family room and there was plenty of room for us. If we was ever to go back to Southport, we would definitely stay there again. Lovely couple, very welcoming and helpful!!

excellent value for money, fantastic owners

The Heidi B&B was near enough to the main centre of Southport & not to far from the pier it was just right, the owners Michelle & Al was really lovely & made you feel welcome straight away, the room was big enough & very clean, the breakfast you order the night before and you get plenty it was cooked just how we liked it, lovely place to stay.

The next time we go we would ask to be on the first floor, my wife has got mobility problems & I should of stated this when we booked as we was on the 2nd floor, also our bathroom was on the small side, there wasnt a hook to hang your dressing gown or clothes on.

Hosts were very welcoming and helpful they both made us feel at home. Good breakfast and the room was well decorated very clean and very comfy bed. The passes to Victoria Leisure centre were a nice surprise. They were very helpful in providing us with information of the local area they also checked local venues for what was available for evening meals and entertainment for us. Would definitely stay again in the future lovely couple.

Lovely friendly hosts. Great location for local facilities. Nice dish of fresh fruit for breakfast and full English breakfast.

Would have liked a better range of drinks (e.g. hot chocolate) and ethically sourced (Fair Trade) produce. Room was a little cramped, given the rates.
