Worst rooms for the price paid. We were 7 people including an infant. They gave us the sofa bed. We couldn’t sleep on that bed as we could feel the springs bouncing. And it was noisy even if I move a little. My kid was not able to sleep due to the noise. I had to sleep on the floor. Sleeping on the floor was little better than the bed. Exhaust fan in the bathroom didn’t work and the water was draining very slowly in the tub. It took 1.5hr for the temperature in the room to settle down. When we checked with the staff about the exhaust fan, they said they checked the other rooms as well and all of them are working same. Its a nightmare to stay. This would be my last time to stay here.

Friendly reception and nice breakfast.
The bed was so uncomfortable that my daughter tried sleeping on the couch instead. We both had horrible back aches, and my daughter is only 23 and physically fit.

We were going to Niagara falls and we found location to be really good. 25min - 30min drive to the falls. The hotel is good, clean, we found the room very confortable. :)
They have a book in reception with good choices for dinner in the city.
Breakfast wasn't that good. It had lots of stuff but not so great quality products. Eggs had wierd texture, yogurts full of sugar, not so many fruits, basic cereal. But of course, better than nothing. There is no other choice around and at least you have something on your belly until lunch in Niagara or else.
I would have like to have more information about Niagara Falls visit with the girls at the front desk.

loved the outdoor common area, fire table etc. also all of the employees were very friendly.

We liked the outside seating area, the basketball field for the kids to play in, and the bbq for guests to use. The swimming pool and whirlpool were also excellent.
There was no gluten free options for breakfast, which was disappointing. I could only eat boiled eggs and fruit for breakfast.

Ok experience.
The water was not in the hotel for almost 6 hours. I asked to provide some water for my kid to take a bath. Request was denied . I won't recommend this hotel.

Good location . Spacious rooms .
Well maintained . Laundry , pool all amenities needed . Full kitchen including fridge , microwave and cooking utensils.
Had to request cleaning .
The breakfast was not exciting and items were not quickly refilled .

the property was ok. Needed more parking. breakfast not good & lady taking care of it was rude. Spilled water on floor in room & when wiped up boy was floor dirty.

There were a lot of options for breakfast. Pool area was well maintained. The shower toiletries were good quality and good for those with sensitive skin. Staff was friendly.
When we arrived in our room, there was only one bath towel. There also weren't enough pillows. We had 2 adults and 3 children. I called down our 1st morning to have the extras sent up. They weren't there when we left around noon to do our excursions for the day. When we came back early evening, I stayed in the lobby and waited for my husband to go up to the room to confirm whether they had been brought up or not. They had but had been left outside of our room rather than putting them right inside the door.

The breakfast was good. Different options everyday. One day there was French toast, the next omelets and pancakes etc. Loved the hot tub and the overall decor of the hotel. About 25 minute a from the falls NY side and another 30-35 from the Canadian border which was awesome. Got to stop in Toronto which was nice.
I paid the same amount for this hotel about 7 and change for only 3 days. Meanwhile I spent the same amount to spend a week in rome. (But again, take in consideration it was labor day weekend.) Also didn't like the housekeeping situation. You had to call to have someone come clean so we didn't have any clean sheets or the room cleaned the entire weekend. I also didn't like how the sink was outside the bathroom. Made brushing my teeth weird. I was always taught so spit in the toilet, not the sink, because of germs etc.

The staff was super friendly & helpful. The facilities were very clean. The lobby & outdoor grill/firepit area looked newly redone… very nice. Also a small basketball court. The room itself was clean but pretty outdated especially the bathroom. Typical tub shower w orange wall paper & old tiled floor w grout that looked worn/dirty. Altho it looked a bit tired it was clean! The pool area w hot tub was nice as well.

The breakfast was good but the staff could not keep up with the amount of guests that was dining in. They worked very hard to try to keep it full. Possibly during holidays they could have several additional staff members to help them out. The pool ,whirlpool, gym ,and grilling area was a fantastic ad. Beds were very comfortable and the space for our large family was great.
