The only good thing about this place was that it had AC. That's it.

I NEVER leave reviews, but this place just deserves one. I came here for my birthday and they killed it for me. Their pictures online are so deceiving. This place was so disgusting. The sheets were dirty, the floor/carpet was sticky, the smell of smoke overwhelmed the entire room (non smoking room), the lights were out in our room (they said it wasn't something they could control), and the excessive amount of ROACHES that came out was the last straw for me! The first night, just two roaches, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt, but on the second day, they ALL came out and when I found one on my bed......!!! I just couldn't stay the second night. They refused to refund me for the second night. The front desk lady and the owner gave me the runaround and tried to straight-up gaslight me. I just had to walk out of there. When I checked out, the front desk lady told me to speak to the owner, who was in the corner of the room (watching and listening to me complain). When I did, he said he wasn't the owner, even though we were in the same room when the employee said he was the owner. He said only the manager could give refunds, but she wasn't there. I waited for the manager and called Monday, and apparently, the front desk lady didn't even check me out that night!! Then, the manager said only the owner could give refunds, and he remembered talking to me that night, but I thought he said he wasn't the owner????! And I thought he said only the manager could give refunds???! So which is it? When I called to talk to the manager again, she said the owner couldn't do more than what they gave me when I called the first time. I wasn't asking for a full refund, just at least for 1 night. The night I DIDN'T stay there. Horrible place. Do not book here. Also, I wouldn't trust their complimentary breakfast after seeing all those roaches there. I didn't.

I will not stay there again!

Elevator was out of order; the front desk failed to secure 1st floor accomodations even though we requested that due to my elderly father; the pool was unavailable due to chlorine levels and cleaning; the exhaust fan did not work in the bathroom nor did the hairdryer. What was supposed to be a 4th of July getaway turned into a lodging headache!

tv did not work, bed sheets felt very uncomfortable and stinky. overall room had a very not welcoming feeling. Would not recommend to stay at this location again

The staff was very friendly

The room was very dirty, the tub smelled, the AC was broken, the sheets were dirty, carpet was torn and dirty, no daily housekeeping, roaches in the room, and the morning breakfast wasn’t edible, the bacon was burnt to a crisp every morning.

Centrally located to many shops and restaurants. I like that everything was close. Breakfast spread was good, but I was unable to partake this time. Coffee was nice and hot.

The furniture was old though. the desk chair was old and the plastic leather was peeling. The smoke alarm wasn't connected. There was two towels left from the previous guest on the shower curtain that the maid service forgot. The front door was sticking when opening,

Nothing, the place is unhealthy and roach infested.

No coffee pot on room, broken drawers, worn out office chair, roaches all over, blood on AC units and the floor, the place was very filthy and sinks are very slow to drain.
