Very disappointed with the cooperation of management to follow-through on communication with them about cancellation refund and communication with booking.com. I spoke with management at Hilton (Sean and Michael) and multiple staff at booking.com repeatedly requesting they communicate with booking.com and I still have not received a refund to rebook. I am very disappointed in the service.

Location and distance to the main reason we came to RI. Practically right around the corner.
Paying for parking for hotel guest. Never had to do that at ANY other hotel ive ever stayed at. Also our bathroom lights died out. Location did not have extra facilities either such as a pool.

The lobby was nice
There was no working faucet in the bathroom. I told the employees twice and they told me they had “forgotten to put in the work request”.
Never coming back to this location ever again. And they have the nerve to “knock off” 28$ parking that should have been free to park at the hotel I’m staying at.

Pool was advertised when I booked our stay, but we found out at arrival it was closed. One of the reasons I booked at this hotel was because of the pool.

Easy to walk to Federal Hill and Dorrance Street, Art & Theatre District

2)Room 503 given - no fridge in room
3)Room safe battery was FLAT
4)Toilet could not flush in morning, husband had to open the cistern to shift the ball inside for to flow & the flush to work.
5)Front desk staff unprofessional - chatting n gossiping loudly, within earshot of EVERYONE at the lobby!

The hotel was convenient to everything we were doing and very comfortable.
For the price, I think there should have been complimentary breakfasts and free parking. A pool would have been awesome as well. The room didn’t have a fridge or microwave which seemed a bit off from what I was used to with hotels.

Clean, central location to Providence place and many restaurants as well as Veterans Memorial Auditorium.
on-site parking (without any other option nearby) was $27/night, rooms were very outdated and showed considerable wear, staff was unfriendly and disengaged.

The location was great. We only had to walk next door for our show. The room was spacious and clean. Getting to park in an enclosed garage during a snow fall was even better - not having cleaning the car before leaving.
The mattress and pillows were extremely soft. The restaurant was understaffed with the excuse that they were “unaware” of the event taking place next door. Our tickets were booked in November.
