The rooms were very clean

The location was great and had easy access to lots of restaurants and stores. The staff was also very nice and quite helpful and the room was clean.
The only issue I had was that my room had a weird smell. It was pungent or disgusting but it just smelt weird and the smell never went away.

After being there a few days, I had asked for full service, however I didn't. So that was disappointing.

the shower drain was clogged and I told the night desk person after I checked in but no one ever came to fix it. the tub kept filling up with water so I couldn’t take a shower for longer than 15 minutes.

the location wasn’t too far from where I needed to be. also there were great food places around
I paid extra for the jacuzzi tub and the plug to plug the water didn’t work so I couldn’t use the tub. The front desk clerk called someone to come fix it because there weren’t any rooms available with the jacuzzi tub and no one ever came! I then asked about getting some of my money back because I paid extra to have the tub but the manager was not there the whole weekend. I was told that she will be there Monday and Tuesday! I have still yet been able to speak to her! I will not stay there ever again! I need some of my money back because I wasn’t able to use what I paid extra for! The run around is not cool to me!

Before you put someone at the front desk make sure they know what they are doing and not charge my card multiple times I won't be back

The reception clerk was fantastic and friendly. Breakfast was great with eggs, sausages, and waffles.
