It’s convenient
House keeping is very rude, they doesn’t give you room service if you there for a few days. They want give you clean wash clothes & towels or toilet paper. And they give a couple one wash cloth. And two towels everytime I’m here.

Really didn't know of anything I liked about the place
I didn't have an exercise room TV didn't work I was supposed to have it reduced on my credit card never was some of the lamps did not work in the room and the bed wasn't so comfortable

Once again house keeping us very ignorant for my third day, no room cleaning & no new sheets & pillow cases. A half a roll of toilet paper. A! Female staff member at the front desk has and attitude when the 1st time I asked her for a roll of toilet paper. I dnt knw what’s the problem, because i never ever had this problem. Maybe is it new house keeping or new staff maybe. SMH! But all I knw is they needs to be address by there higher up for this unprofessional interacting with customers.
Trash! Can in my room was not emptied for 2days. And house keeping was very rude to my female friend

You can access the room without going through the lobby
The room smelled like cat urine.. the carpet was dirty and they didn’t have any soap or hot water

The staff was professional, the room was clean and the stay was comfortable.
We did not have a microwave or refrigerator but we did not need it this time.

I liked the location. It's close enough to travel to the city but far away enough not to feel claustrophobic.
I know it's a budget location but the entire location needs renovations. It's called Red Roof Plus but it doesn't do anything to earn the plus. We booked a 2 bedroom but received a 1 bedroom due to a mistake by the staff. They managed to move us to a 2 bedroom after our first night but it shouldn't have happened at all since we booked the room weeks in advance.

the room was filthy. The toilet lid was cracked, patched holes in the walls. chairs old and worn. supposed to be smoke free room but smelled like smoke. Tub was badly stained and the floor was dirty. we took showers and 5 minutes later our feet were black…..just filthy. we left after the first night and asked for a refund for the second night but the girl at the front office was not helpful at all!! I had to spend extra money to get another room. just horrible!!

Nothing after my terrible experience; abuse by staff.
Front desk made a mistake and after I paid cash, forgot to put me on the stsyover list. Thats ok; people make mistakes. However, a man name Michael came to my room, when I told him I had paid for an additional day he said, " no you didn't. I repeated that I had,. He pushed the door. I am a fragile handicapped senior citizen. Had I not had the chain on he would have knocked me down. He then said get dtessed, the police are coming. Had he bothered to look on the car parked on front of my door he would have seen my true departure date. It was the only vehicle in the area. He should have gone to office. I could not get anyone on phone. I went to office. A man, Danny was with this Michael the 2nd time he came to the door and pushed me. Danny said in front of the woman at the desk that he told Michael to stop and just tell the desk. Had he done that he would have learned of the error
The manager, Lelo was not there. He is never there. This started at 12:23 p.m. Desk could not reach Lelo until 3. He was still not on property. They also tried to charge me more for a handicapped accessible room. This has to violate the ADA. Lelo was not available when I asked for him then, upon my arrival. I eventually got my money back for the final day and left. Never had opportunity to speak to Lelo. There was also one other issue. This place is undafe.

No breakfast
My room was infested with cockroaches. This is NOT an airport motel. It’s a hotel for TRANSIENTS. I spent the night with the lights on so the roaches wouldn’t crawl on me. I also went to bed in my shoes and In long sleeves. When I turned the a c unit on it spit out chunks of black particles..
The room reeked of weed mixed with air freshener.
When I wanted to change my room because I couldn’t handle the enormous roach in the wall crack, I was not able to because nobody is in duty at the front desk overnight.
When I complained the next day I was offered 25% off another night if I was planning to stay at that location.
As soon as I poured iced tea into a cup there was a roach crawling around the cup...

Location was good. Close to airport. Trees were nice.
Toilet seat was loose, every time you flushed it leaked out the back. Refrigerator would not close, lost some meats and cheese that we bought. Microwave sounded like a jet plane. Three of the 4 nights we stayed there was screaming and fighting in the rooms and parking lots.
Coffee in lobby was not hot at 9am, clerk did not even apologize.

I made advanced reservations , we drove 7 hours got to the hotel and they canceled our reservations! Meantime I messaged them earlier that week and said we will be arriving around 11:30pm and they said that was fine! So here it is at almost midnight and they canceled reservation and all the hotels were booked.. We had to drive a ways to find a hotel for us. I will not use that hotel or Booking again!
