Great breakfast!

Staff was very friendly!

My only complaint is that there needs to be USB plug-ins in the room.

the beds were uncomfortable, furnishings seemed worn, walls were dirty in bathroom (coffee/soda spots by light switch plate, light switch plate dirty). we didn’t use the shower because one of the washcloths had a dirty spot on it so didn’t trust to use the towels. vents were full of dust.

The room had chipping paint, and we could get the room hot, and the room had a funky smell

There was some hair in the bathtub but maybe it was just missed while being cleaned..

The stench of cigarette smoke was nauseating. It made the stay uncomfortable & made the room feel dirty. Just because of the stench, it wasn't worth the money we spent on the room. Very disappointing.

Staff was awesome. We were able to check in a little early, which we very much appreciated. We were able to walk everywhere for the most part. Breakfast was very good.

We attended a concert, and were looking to eat after, somewhere near the hotel, but there was nothing. Staff told us we pretty much had to Uber eat or get delivery. Not the worst thing! The worst thing, was there was no way to make the room cooler. I am used to sleeping in a very cool environment, it was way too warm!

An extra 30 or 60 minutes on the continental breakfast during the weekday

12:45 at night fire alarm went off. we were on the 9th floor. after walking down 9 flights of stairs had to turn around and walk up to 9 th floor. Next morning got up to go down for breakfast, still no elevator. my husband has had back injury and is under treatment and she long climb back up the stairs aggravated his problem. So I had to walk back up to the 9th floor again and pack my bags so we could leave. The lady at the front desk couldn’t tell me how long the wait would be before the elevator was up and running again. So we had no choice but to leave since my husband could not

from the first moment we walked through the front door, we were pleasantly surprised! beautiful, modern & clean lobby and the front desk clerk was so nice and welcoming, she’s top notch!

Check-in staff was dry and distant. Our vehicle along with several others were broken into in the garage.

The bed was comfortable and had free breakfast

they never cleaned my room while I was there and I asked for shampoo twice and never got it.
