the rooms were comfortable
we were unable to get a refund for one night when our original flight date was delayed a day. However we could access the rooms from early morning and didn't have to wait for a 4 pm check in.

The staff was wonderful and extremely helpful.
The amenities were minimal (no jacuzzi). The rates and fee’s were extremely high for limited amenities.

Room was very clean. Staff was great. Hotel was off beaten path which made it quieter. Walking to park and shops in blocks too. Easy to uber around.

Location was ok, but for some reason food delivery people could not find us. Once we got cold food. The other time we didn’t get food because they couldn’t reach us.
The bathroom floor and tub could have been cleaner. The room was spotless otherwise.

The staff was super nice and accommodating. The suite was spacious and very comfortable. The beds were nice and comfortable. The kitchen area of the room was nice and had everything needed for cooking etc. Balcony space was nice, could have been more thoroughly cleaned but still nice. Pool area was really nice. Courtyard near the pool was beautiful! There’s also a sauna near the pool that was really nice as well. Lots of restaurants and shopping in walking distance. Just a really nice location and for a great price!
The pool is rather small but still nice. There was a small scorpion in our room the second night we were there. I called the front desk and they sent a really nice gentleman to come help us. It took him a little longer than I wanted, for him to get to the room after I called but he did find it and take it back outside, which I thought was nice that he didn’t kill it. It would be nice if there was a screen to the patio door also. I left our patio door open to catch a breeze and a bird walked in the room! I didn’t have to call anyone to get it out and got it out on my own but the wildlife will intrude into your room. Lol! Concierge sold me a tour of one of their sister locations. I missed the tour and was not able to get my money back for it. So if you book this tour make sure you are able to go because you will not be refunded if you miss it.
