Front desk was very friendly and helpful. We asked for suggestions about local restaurants and he went out of his was to direct us. Had a great dinner thanks to him! Breakfast was delicious and we love the pancakes we pushed the button to make!!

Bathroom shower leaking all night and next morning 8.00 am Sunday workers installing walls in others rooms..

Great location, friendly staff, comfortable bed and very clean room so kudos to the maintenance staff!

Some of the furniture was very worn and tattered, and the room was showing its age. IOW, it did not look like a $150/night room. Hotel management aware of the rooms showing their age so construction underway. It would have been good to know that construction was taking place as I could have booked another hotel. However, it seemed as though the few number of guests were being crammed into one end of the hotel, ostensibly due to construction noise. Yet I still heard drilling overhead and what made it worse was that the walls are very thin. The noise of travel basketball teams was constant but the worst was a crying / screaming baby in the adjacent room. Perhaps the staff would have moved me had I asked, but since construction / room make-overs are underway, I would highly advise going to the trouble of trying to add insulation and/or sound-proofing to the walls in order to cut down on the unacceptable amount of noise.

As always got the furthest room to the lobby. This has been a reoccurring action when booking with Booking.com. The last 5 rooms have been what I call the undesirable locations for a stay, next to elevator or a long walk to the room or next to the exit door to the outside
