The hotel is old and it neglected its residents and status.

Nothing really besides the balcony view

They have a roach infestation and they charge you double when you’ve explained to them you already paid for the room through booking.com but constantly kept telling me I didn’t when I still have the receipt for the hotel if I could post the video of the roaches I would!

Good breakfast and good location.

Nothing specifically. Everything was good.

I didn't have breakfast. The bed was perfect.

I couldn't find handicap parking. The elevators was too far from the room.

The staff attitude was horrible. I checked in the clerk messed up my card said approved and the money was taken out my account he said it wasn't I showed him he gave me my keys and said if it's a problem we will notify you in the morning. I got a not under my door saying come to the desk. I go a nasty lady was working horrible attitude not understanding rolling her eyes, tapping her fingers on the desk huffing and puffing looking around mad very unprofessional and I did let her know. When a person is showing you the money was taken and the bank is saying the same you should have a better attitude and help with a resolution and not bee mad because if the shoe was on the other foot you would be upset about your money too. So all in all I had to pay for my room twice and wait to be refunded because of their system error. I've stayed here before but I WIILL NEVER STAY AGAIN. Nor suggest anybody else to do so.

reataurant has no atmosphere and short hours. then bar has food but short hours

Staff are good, clean rooms but the smell is too bad

Room was dark, poor lighting for work use. Bathroom need major updates, wallpaper is coming off, ceiling above shower was poorly finished. No microwave in room. Refrigerator freezes all times.
