Mauvaise odeur (humidité) dans les chambres, heureusement nous n'avons pas eu besoin de la clim (c'est elle qui sentait...) Pas d'option pour le petit déjeuner

Everything was great.

This is just me but I'm a big guy and the hotel didn't get cool enough for me. I couldn't get it lower then 70 but I travel with a fan and that helped in the bedroom

location was great & safe.

it was dated. nothing special. it appeared the sheets and comforters were not clean.

It really has a integral kitchen ans spacious room. I'm so happy with my stance in this hotel.

Water bugs in the room , our suite had a bedroom and there weren’t any lights that worked .No good TV channels.

It was very spacious, most of staff were very friendly and there were no smells.

The shower head had very low water pressure. Since it was the holiday weekend, the hostess stated that nothing could be done.

We used to love this place and had stayed there multiple times with no problem.

When we arrived, the clerk Nina said she did not see our prepayment from booking.com in the hotel's system. I showed her my email and receipt of payment. She told us the hotel would charge an extra $20 for our stay. She then called her manager to see what to do, and she stated this had happened once before, but it was an easy fix. This was after she tried to charge my card for the higher rate without my permission. She said she only charged the extra $20 to my card, not the whole rate. When she called booking.com, the representative on the phone cursed her out and yelled at her. I asked to speak with him, but she refused to let me do so. The representative was so loud that we could hear him. The representative said the room had already been paid for and accused the hotel of trying to collect it twice. Then my daughter and I asked if we could spend the rate and settle our refund with booking.com. She said no, I already canceled your reservation! Nina's attitude changed, and she became very hostile. I said wanted to fix this, but she said it was not her problem to call booking.com yourself! When I went to call booking.com, Jake said Nina was very rude and that she gave out the reservation away, which was the last one. All of this took almost two hours and almost ruined our trip. We found another hotel on booking a little over a mile away. The other hotel room was twice as big and cheaper, and it was a two-room suite. We left at 5:47, and the payment showed up at 6:02. Waiting refund.
