the location was great
when my king bed wheelchair accessible room was not available due to room maintenance, the gentleman who checked me in offered me a room with a double bed and roll and shower for $88 a night for two nights, discounted from the rate that I booked which was $100 a night. First of all the charge on my card is $352.76, more than twice what i expected, PLEASE corrent this as soon as possible!!
Also, the accessible room i was given was at the very far corner in the back of the hotel. The doors all around the perimeter of the hotel had not yet been updated since they were not used during Covid so the main entrance to the hotel was the only way to get in that meant, I had to take my luggage in my wheelchair Down a very long Corredor, which was carpeted. Since I am not the strongest, it's much more difficult to travel that same distance on carpet. There is no close by entrance or elevator the room was also carpeted, and I understand that that's for guests comfort but for me, it made even getting around the room with difficult. The chair was broken, and after to request, it was replaced on my second day, but the room was not serviced. And the other thing I want to mention is, it would be nice to just make sure the gap between the bed in the wall and all the spaces in the room are wide enough for a wheelchair. All of the accessible stuff I would just like to bring to your attention, but the room charge I would really like rectified immediately please. Thank you!

Right off the freeway
The room had cobwebs. The window wouldn’t shut properly and I was on the ground level. It made the noise from the freeway unbearable. The staff at the desk was rude and condescending.

All staff were friendly & professional. Quick resolution to an unacceptable room & easily changed to a much better Cleaner Room. Everything was good in 2nd room.
1st Room looked like it needed vacuumed & there were dirty baby handprints on glass floor to ceiling window. We were ok with those issues but ultimately the kingbed white sheets that were soiled with a Pink/Red Stain made me decide to call front desk. Front desk attendant was very apologetic & took care of the situation immediately.

That various online sources claimed room availability with online reservations, and all at the same price rate!
That after my lady called and was told there were rooms available, and even after I placed a separate online reservation (with several confirmation emails assuring me of a successful reservation) I was refused service. Worse yet is the very distinct feeling that the "gentleman" working the counter seemed to relish telling me "no" without once checking (or even pretending to check) the system for my reservation.

My trash never got emptied after i requested and when i called to get my trash emptied, the gentleman i talked to was extremely rude and disrespectful. The guy yelled at me and hungup in my face.

Was not informed that they were not doing breakfast until that morning. It was no regular coffee in the room only decaf and when my husband asked about coffee, they said it’s in the room.

Kids playing in the elevator. A staff member went around to check but failed to check the elevator.

The bathroom sink was clogged the picture in the bathroom had stuff on it and the cabinet where the refrigerator was located the door was broken so every time you opened the door it fell down and was hanging on by one hinge. There is no way any of this was unnoticeable to the cleaning staff. Oh and the bathroom tub stopper I’m not sure what that was all about since it was laying in the bottom of the tub.

I liked how private it was. there were not many people around the area. We were not bothered by staff or visitors.

deposit was only $100 but never got it back :(
-Weird smell of mold in room that gave us a headache
-Fridge acted as a freezer and froze all our food and drinks for the weekend
-Vending machine says $1 but charged my card $5 worker was nice enough to pay me back in cash though
-Elevator broke down and fire department had to come fix it waking everyone up in the middle of the night
-Door handles are taken off around the building so residents with rooms in the far back such as ours had to walk a long distance there and back to smoke.
-very small room for the price and had a desk with no chair, had to ask front desk for a chair from the dining room to do my work.

The terrible smell of mildew that I never got used to in 5 days. It was so bad it made me náuseas the first few days. The facilities and furniture are very outdated and don't match. They're blood and other stains on the furniture. The restroom was rusting.
