The spacious room and the family pool

Was not up to Par for a Jw,carpets were dirty..smoke smell,old decor and beds were hard. Also the lock on the door was broken. Not what we are used to for a JW Marriott.

I thought the grounds were perfect, very relaxing. The pool was nice, but a little small for a resort this size. I enjoyed being off the strip in Vegas, for sure, and there were restaurants near by if you don't want to eat at the resort.

I didn't enjoy the smoke that was EVERYWHERE! Maybe I was a little naïve, but I thought being off strip would allow for a "cleaner" experience. There was a casino that allowed smokers. I could smell smoke coming through the vent system in my room. For 2 nights, I smelled pot so strongly that I got sick. I did call the front desk for assistance, but we decided to stay in the room. The pot smokers must have checked out because it only lasted 2 days. I am a Marriott loyal customer, but I admit that I was disappointed in the smoke. I won't return because of that.

nice easy to find services. courtyard and zen walk to areas was super nice. very nice staff and very helpful! it was a more adult facility and enjoyed that focus. the 24 hour work out area was nice. wish’s the other work out area was open 24/7

I was two rooms away from elevators and they could be heard through ear plugs and noise cancelling at night.

great location in Summerlin, quiet- maids were friendly and valet helpful. beautiful bathtub- loved the bathroom altogether

air conditioning in the room couldn’t be adjusted so we kept the fan on. One evening we arrived back from sightseeing at 11pm with no valet in sight. it would have been so nice to have valet service at that hour because we were exhausted. When checking out we called down to the front desk for help with our bags but no one answered the phone. We tried three times and just gave up. It felt like the service here is really lacking.

Location was good, nice to be able to open door for fresh air..

Rooms are dated.. like 1980's bad. Salmon-color velour club chairs. Bed was awful.. completely broken down; couldn't help but to roll into the beds valley. Inexcusable for a JWMarriott property. Changed rooms 3 times to find one tolerable for my 4 nt stay. Front desk staff was accommodating, but admitted that the entire property required a refresh.

Room was splendid. Valet was too.
