Misleading property details. Cameras in house (ILLEGAL). Smelled horribly of dog urine. After 30min of being there wife started having allergic reaction had to give her epipen shot when we left. Cancelled reservation and charged me $500 for a refund just to be refused my money a week later. Filed fraud charges with FLORIDA DEPT. OF CONSUMER SERVICES and hired a lawyer. You can’t scam and rob consumers at will. The property owner as well as booking.com will be served soon…

The bar tender - I can’t remember his name - at the outdoor bar was absolutely awesome - made a specialty Mojito that was fantastic!
Overall the property is a bit dated - and could use a bit of a refresher - but the staff are first rate and the location is superb!

Love the location. Facility is beautiful. Love the beach!
We were there for 2 nights and the hot tub was closed for a private party both nights. It was perfect evenings for the hot tub but not open for guests.

nice beach and location
dirty toilet and had to call twice to get cleaned. service was so poor and slow at all restaurants. room was not worth cost — dirty carpet…. noisy all night could hear elevator and neighbor TV soooo disappointed. oh and couldn’t get a chair on the beach because they were “all booked”. or a heat lamp for dinner outside because they “were not turned on”. not ritz level at all.

Staff for Valet parking was very helpful and friendly. Room was quiet.
When ordering in room service we received the wrong order and staff was not very friendly and only talked spanish while we are not spanish.
Why the extra charge for wifi which is not the case in other hotels such as Ritz Carlton Manhattan Central Park and no replenishing of extra water after housekeeping.
Price vs. luxury in the room was not worth it
Upon departure and check out the printer at the front desk was not working.
Price for breakfast buffet was overpriced as I compare this hotel with Ritz Carlton in Manhattan Central Park
