Breakfast order was wrong but not a deal breaker
Pillow had a weird hard tag on one of the corners. Sheets needed to be bleached more, toilet seat was crooked so it slipped when sitting on it. Refrigerator had to be unplugged then plugged back in to get it cold slow wifi when busy could not check out of room on TV

Beautiful and convenient. Spa was terrific.
We had issues with our AC and air that kept breaking down. Also, had confusion with the final bill where I was charged for fees that I had already paid for in my booking. Would have liked the bill to also provide clearer explanations including any credits applied, etc.

Location and feel
BottleRock shuttle service to return didn’t pick up where they said they would, and didn’t have enough buses to take everyone back, resulting in over an hour’s wait to get back to the hotel.

The pool area was nice, music starts only after 12pm
Make sure you go through the Bill they share while checkout. There were SO MANY issues with my Bill. They added a wrong $199 charge for a meal I did not have. I also opted for a breakfast included room, but they did not subtract the credit from my meal. After I spent half an hour at the reception, explaining all the anomalies, they said they would resolve the issue over email. But the revised bills sent again had issues, I had to spend hours over the phone to get the issue resolved. They overcharged around $300 in the initial bill.

Great location! Close to all the happenings in Napa!
Not a thing! We even got an unexpected early ckin and a lovely room with a balcony! Great stay!

The breakfast at the restaurant was exceptional. Checked into room at arrival even though a few hours early. Allowed us to start our day in Napa early to see additional wineries. Staff was very welcoming.

We had a very bad experience. The staff were rude, there was a jazz festival going on and there was loud music and parties going on all night long. I paid for a room with a patio, but the screen door was broken and I could not use it for the first night of our stay. The staff kept handing us business cards so we would compliment their service…very odd. For the price you pay it is cheap, dirty, and not to the level you would expect. I will never stay there again.

The rooms were lovely, the pool was fun but the jacuzzi was broken and a little dirty.
The staff were excellent, polite, helpful and attentive.
There were no towels by the pool, we had to keep asking the staff to bring towels. Everyone at the pool had to.
There are also not a lot of food options. There's one place for breakfast and it was fine but nothing special. The food is always a little disappointing here and I've been here three times now.

The food wasn't the best. The food at Olive and Hay was very limited and not worth the money we paid for breakfast. Very disappointed.

The bed was very comfortable. It was easy to get around. The blend coffee place was delicious and very friendly. Our view to the pool and vineyards was beautiful
We booked 2 queen beds in a room and they were not able to accommodate us when we brought it to their attention. One of our water bottles in the fridge was already opened - glad we noticed and didn’t drink it. The carpets could be a little updated

stayed here for a weekend event. Love the Tuscany villa to the properties( there other property is across the parking lot). The Resorts are tucked away from the busy wine country traffic and people—very serene. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable. My veranda was over one of the quiet courtyards. Great bar lounge with a small bowling alley and great bar food!
my room didn’t have a USB port, just the old school plugs. The big guy at guest check-in was was unfriendly but efficient. Note to self: get a room closer to the elevators—long walk to my room.

The facility and the staff were just great. Everything was very clean and elegant, I really enjoyed it. The room was pretty large and the restroom was equipped with everything needed. I very much appreciated the welcome gift both for humans (a bottle of wine) and dogs (some treats, a bowl and a bed).
The room I booked was explicitly mentioned to be including breakfast, however this only translates into a $50 voucher that barely covers a single breakfast for two. This is not mentioned anywhere, which is the main reason why this has been disappointing. Also, my room was facing the vineyard, which was an absolutely amazing landscape, but there is a pool just below where people are very noisy throughout the whole day (lots of yelling and unnecessarily loud laughing).

We like the Blend for a quick coffee and breakfast. Celebrated my 52nd birthday..room was nice but only have the view of the parking lot entrance..not bad since we were out most of the time exploring NAPA Wineries.
Our shower is not draining water fast enough..other than that everything else works great..

Room was nice and clean. Facilities where nice and clean and it was fun to explore the grounds of the resort. Plenty of things to do if we got bored.
Our room was on the first floor of the main building. Our window faced a pretty busy sidewalk and that made it uncomfortable to keep our window curtains open.

Loved that everything was in one location, spa, restaurant Etc
They changed us twice and we’re very rude and unapologetic about it. Also, Austin at the front desk was super rude would not even look at us while check us in. I never leave bad reviews but, I was there for my bday and was super disappointed at how aloof and unprofessional he was. when calling I expected more attention to our concerns for this price point.
