Clean and comfortable

The rooms where clean and the location was ideal.

I informed the on dutystaff that the A/C was blowing cool air and that the room was warm. They told me they had no other rooms and i was welcome to receive a refund and to find another Hotel that may be located nearby..it was 4pm in the evening and i had driven from Fresno Ca some 600 miles away..totaly unaceptable! I asked if maintenance was still on location and i was told i had no other options other than give the room some time to cool off or look for another facility...again unaceptable!

Check in staff personality was very dry not friendly or welcoming after a long drive. All the cooked food was gone for braggart by 8:30 when it said over at 9:30

My family loved the way the rooms were set up. It was wonderful to have a king and 2 queen beds as an option so no one had to sleep on an uncomfortable sofa bed. This set up should be utilized in other hotels. The outdoor patio/balcony was nice too.

Early check in was not allowed, and if so, there was a $65.00 fee. This should have been notated before making the reservations.

Our room had a sitting area with a half wall separating it from the "bedroom". The TV was in front of the bed, so I could read or write in the sitting area. The bathroom had a nice sized countertop, water pressure was good. The best thing about this hotel is the breakfast. They a lot to choose from...waffles, eggs, sausage, potatoes, toast, yogurt, donuts or sweets, milk, juice, good coffee.

I really hate that all the hotels we've stayed at recently, including this Best Western don't clean & resupply your room each day. You have to request it. At the very least, I'd like fresh towels, supplies replenished & trash emptied. They DID pickup the trash outside our door promptly though. Also, would like a removable shower head. That said, I felt it was a good place to stay.

Staff was very helpful and courteous.

The toilets had a difficult time flushing at first, but seemed to fix itself, and the room phones didnt work. Also some room electrical plugs were blocked with some kind of plastic insert.
