Two of the staff members were so friendly and helpful! These young ladies greeted us with big smiles every time! There was a good selection for breakfast, and the room was cleaned daily.

Fire Alarm kept going most of the night, was a nightmare. First time Property Alarm started at around 12:15 PM midnight me/wife had to carry our shaken up crying 3 kids all the way down from 8th floor to 1st floor and upon getting to know that it was false alarm by around 1:30 AM, we had to walk up all 8 floors since elevator was off due to alarm. Alarm kept going on & off most of the night until around 3 AM, Alarm was so loud that my kids are still complaining of ear & head aches. On top of all that bathroom was dirty. Hotel management has no shame at all, after all inconvenience to customers they just lie that manager will give a call to discuss refund, no one called….

Half and half for coffee……..I don’t like those little creamers, they are oil……not dairy. I’m not a health nut, but I won’t use them. I asked for half and half one day and was told not today. Oh well.

Not using hotels frequently in the past couple years, we were surprised that the cleaning staff only comes around every four days instead of daily. Another 'stupid' room layout thing is to hide the outlets so you have to move furniture to access them and very few of them there are. Why does a couple need a king bed ?? It must be so that it makes it harder to navigate around the walls when getting out of bed in the night.
