The view of the lake out of my window was beautiful. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was helpful. It was quiet through the night.
Not much was lacking here. Perhaps some Kleenex tissues for the room would be nice.

The manager Dante did everything in his power to ensure my needs were met as Emmy family and I were pressed with time for an event.
I arrived at 5pm to be informed at checkout that my room was not cleaned or prepared, there were no linens or clean towels until 6:30pm. We were escorted to another room to get ready for our event.

The entrance to the grounds (flower beds) were fine. However as soon as you continue to the parking lot, it was very dirty and unkept.
The suite was not clean. There were boogers and spots all on the walls. Roaches were living there as well. The AC unit need dusting. There was a very bad smell. We left.

The room was neat and clean. The facility was close to my destination of appointment. The staff was pleasant.
There were so many dogs! One was very aggresive! Tyhe dogs barked all night making it hard to sleep.

The location was great for where we need to go, and the staff was very pleasant. It was close to everything. Walmart, shopping and good food choices.
The room had a smoke smell to it. I am very sensitive to smoke smell.

I love the cleanliness of the check in area the rooms never disappoint depends on the room you get a water view if your 207 this last time 208 had parking lot viee but loved the option for kitchen utilities and small living room and the bed was very comfortable where I didn't want to get up in the morning.

The room had an odor like someone left food in the fridge and it was turned off. I burned a scented candle that I brought to try to get rid of some of the smell. I was only partially successful.
There were long term residents at the facility.
Although the room was supposed to have silverware and dishes, it had nothing. No cups or glasses either. So I had to go downstairs to get my own at the front desk, take it all back up to my room, and then go back downstairs to return the plastic carrying bin. Not exactly a service oriented establishment.
Although fridge was running, it would not get cold. and it smelled awful inside of it. I made sure I kept it closed.

this property needs so much work. The overall cleanliness is lacking, very limited amenities and outdated. The staff was really nice.
