It was a basic hotel except really nice showers with pressure
Over priced for no free Breakfast and if your not a member of there group you get to walk by a glass room with all the fancy free food they get all daylong well us miniuns that only spent 300$ a room aren’t good enough, but they do rub it in with the glass room, now i see how the third class passengers felt back in the day haha

The staff is very unprofessional. Beginning from the receptionist ending with housekeepers.

Self landry machine was just one. Should be more of course not necessary to be free of charge.

The toilet wasnt really flushing well and I got charged twice. I paid online using klarna and was charged again when i got there with a different card. When i brought it up to them, i was told it'd be refunded after and i just checked and it posted so i was just charged twice 🙄

The property was a nice location.
I was charged twice for the room. When I asked staff about it they told me there was nothing they could do about it. Both ladies that I talked to were rude about it and when asked to speak to a manager I was told there wasn’t one there!!

Lots of parking
The beds were worn out and sagged in the middle. the frosted glass barn door on the bathroom offered no real privacy. There were no bags in the trash cans. There was no luggage rack. The shampoo, conditioner, and soap were attached to the wall of the shower and could not be used at the sink.

Comfortable hotel on all levels. Room, bed, bedding and shower all excellent. Modern decor and a restaurant for breakfast & Starbucks on site. Nothing to fault!
