The manager Erica and front desk Lady Andrea. Always accommodating, very helpful. Everytime I booked a room. Also the house keeping lady, was very nice.
The parking spaces are too tight.

All of it. Most importantly there was a lot of drug addicts around the parking lot.
The room was awfully small. The floors were dirty. I don't think they washed the bedding.

Location was good with many food options near by. The front desk staff were attentive and friendly. The check in and out process was good.
The motel itself was outdated, run down and didn't feel safe. The rooms could have used more attention to detail. The floors were dirty, the tables hadn't been wiped down. The tv was broken. At night there was a lot of commotion going on outside and it didn't appear anyone on staff did anything about it.

The location of the property was convenient.
The rooms were not cleaned daily. No fresh towels were bought to the room. You had to go to the office and get them. Hotel guests were loud.

It was clean OUTSIDE…..
Did not service he rooms…..you could smell pot throughout the hallways …in a NO SMOKING MOTEL….noisy all night….not worth the money…I felt as if we were in a homeless housing…TERRIBLE
