I liked the friendliness of the staff and the location of the hotel. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean.
There was an issue with the room keys, with the toilet, with the Hilton app, and with my checkout. I was charged twice but it appeared to be an issue due to communication between booking.com and the hotel. The breakfast food was also terrible.

Breakfast was ok. The lady in the kitchen was really nice.
The microwave was nasty, the toilet was nasty and there was a drop of blood on my sheets.

The location was easy and convenient. Vivien at the front desk was excellent.
This location was OUT OF SOAP FOR GUESTS - UNACCEPTABLE! We were told the truck was delayed bringing supplies. I said," Walmart is right across the road, go buy some soap for guests until the truck comes." In days of COVID, NO SOAP - UNACCEPTABLE!!!

Breakfast lacked my first morning there. Had breakfast at 8, nothing left hardly, a few potatoes, two slices of ham, no sausage or bacon, no donuts, no yogurt, no muffing.

The location right off the highway was very convenient and the staff was polite.
I was given the keys to a room that was already occupied. When I went back I was told that they didn't have any other available rooms even though I had made my reservation ahead of time online.

Room not ready at check in and staff were pretty rude about it. There were several unhappy guests waiting in the lobby

When I booked I didn’t realize it was for the next day when I showed up the said the was fully booked had to rent another room at holiday inn next door, I was charged double because I was not in town the next day, will not use booking.com anymore this is twice this has happened unbelievable also the lady at the office was very rude to me and said I had to pay a cancellation charge on top of what I had paid on booking.com

Once confirmed online we were given a “total price of your stay” of $182.59 but we noticed on our bank account that we were charged $211.89. a difference of $29.30 which isn’t A LOT but if you quote a customer a price, it SHOULD be that price!
