The breakfast was excellent in quality & service. The Valet Service was attentive & well organized. The pool was large and towels plentiful.
The wallpaper was peeling in our bathroom. It also could have been detailed (corners, baseboards etc.) a bit more closely. The vent for the AC needed cleaning badly.

Everyone we met was very friendly, from the reception, valet and Room service. The rooms are big and clean, the views of the lake are so nice! Breakfast at the restaurant downstairs was superb.

Put us on the 3rd floor, furthest from the lobby, on the highway with noisy neighbors. Poor access from the parking lot to the room.

Luxurious rooms, lovely water views with live fires, great baker service that drops and picks you up from town, very friendly and helpful concierge service

we received Prosecco & strawberries in our room for our anniversary. lovely hotel & nice staff. couldn’t fault it really.
only issue is you can’t see Bay from hotel pool.

I really enjoyed the room, location and overall service. Pool and service there was great. The food at Blend was very good.
Requested decaf coffee three times in two days: never got it. The meal at A&O restaurant was extremely disappointing and overpriced for the amount and quality.

The food is always good and the room service staff was wonderful!
I stay at Balboa Bay Resort often. This time there were so many issues. They gave me a room on the Club side. It was ground level (not necessarily a bad thing). BUT the air conditioner would not cool the room down even though it was running the whole time (I called for a standup fan which I did receive), the water was rarely hot (the morning I checked out, the water was completely cold so I could not shower!!), the grounds keepers came right up on my patio to use the leaf blower WHILE I was sitting there in my robe drinking my coffee AND one morning I woke up to a bunch of trash on the patio so obviously other people were hanging out on my private patio (which is unacceptable)....

Room overlooking street and valet. Horrible restaurant service. My granddaughter had to go three times and ask for her Shirley Temple. The waiter never came back to ask how our food was or if we needed anything. It was as though we were an inconvenience to him. Put us way in the back with no other guests. Horrible. Will never visit or recommend your resort.
The front desk staff was incredible. Porter was excellent. Pool area service was great.
