Bed and pillows were comfortable to my taste. Room and bathroom were clean. Breakfast was good enough with egg, sausage, biscuits, hot oatmeal and bunch of other items.

The hotel was convenient and very nice.
There was no laundry area on the first floor and that the elevator was a little scary and loud. It hesitated to open up once you get to the floor. I just took the stairs.

Great Staff, highly knowledgable of the local area, places to go things to see, all my questions were answered.
Clean rooms and a great REAL breakfast.
I don't like continetial breakfast, too much sugar and not enough substance.
The ice machines were clean and well kept
The location was spot on..
there were a couple of places where the wallpaper was comming loose and needed looking into, and it was being addressed so not a big deal, that is just life in the high heat and humidity of Louisiana

The staff was very professional, friendly, and helpful. Service was excellent, never had to ask twice for anything. The place was very clean and all precautions were taken due to COVID. Fresh towels were provided and room service daily. I was really impressed with the breakfast menu. It was amazing, everyday was something different and the food was tasty. My family and I really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

Customer service at front desk and staff was friendly
The trash cans outside the front entrance was overflowing with trash which enticed raccoons to run all over the property in daylight and at night. There needs to be solution for this ASAP. Last two visits I have encountered this situation to the point I will not book at this location in Laplace Louisiana again.
