Close to everything, No bugs inside the rooms, good breakfast, friendly staff member's, quite at night with no loud neighbors

Convenient to our hospital where my husband had his surgery on the next day
I hate to give you a honest review:
- parking with not well lighting at night for security purposes
- no heated water to freshen up for our rest stay
- no cup for the coffee in the room .
- called to the front desk several times to have the final answer that you are fixing the water heater at 20 pm . I waited until 12 am to change to another hotel .
We stay to get ready for my husband's surgery in the morning.
Please reimburse the hotel charge to be fair and not to lower your rate in the media

Nicely layer out. Checked at about 8pm and young lady that checked me in was super nice person gave me a bunch of very useful info on hotel. Hotel is very luck to have her working Friday night.
Some of the fixtures in room could use changing out, shower head etc.

Got an upgrade because my husband is a disabled veteran and they were not busy. We have a service dog and they were very friendly to us. Most places we have to pull up the federal law and show it to them but here they already new. It was a refreshing experience. Room was excellent, staff was great, so friendly. Breakfast was delicious. I saw people taking advantage of the Business center, and pool so those must have been good too.

Breakfast of really good, but I don’t care for scrambled egg whites. I needed the protein. Also, my son has a gluten allergy, so egg whites wasn’t enough.
The scrambled egg whites. I know that sounds like a menial thing, but, I needed the protein and the energy to help my son move into a dorm on the 4th floor.

Price was good, we had a room on 1st floor close to pool and breakfast area which was very convenient having 2 small children. Room was very spacious compared to others we have been in. We enjoyed the pool and breakfast was great.

I booked a king room, and I loved the separation of the bedroom and living area.
The bed comforter was a little interesting because it was a duvet or something so when you wash it the stuffing clumped up. That threw me off a bit.

The hotel was clean and the breakfast was very good. Also, the hotel has ample parking space. All the staff at the hotel is very friendly and the best part is they even allow you to check out an hour later upon request. The bathrooms were spacious and clean. The room has all the amenities and is a very good value for money.
The internet speed was a bit slow but still manageable . Hotel lobby could be made more attractive and lit up.

Nice room, quiet, comfortable bed.
Had trouble checking in with multiple rooms one of which had been given to someone else not in our group somehow. After some investigation they did resolve the matter & all was good. Staff was helpful & nice.

no hair dryer in room, shampoo and conditioner was cheap and barely any in container, towels old and ripped and scratchy, only 2 in room, no vent in bathroom, breakfast was not great,
