Nothing was a horrible stay! We didn't get our room bc we had to be somewhere else until 10 pm! Counters were dirty floor in kitchen was very dirty Hair in bathroom and tub! The toilet was dirty! Horrible!

There was a bad smell in the room. It’s not clear properly and they are not willing to clear the room. ( I was asking multiple times to clean the room but they denied. So disappointed

Breakfast is definitely a huge perk at this hotel. The walk to the beach was short, which was nice as well.

The cleanliness of our room was bad. We only had 2 towels for a room with 2 beds and a pull out couch and no sheets for the pull out couch. Our sheets and blankets and stains on them and 2 towels had, what looked like, blood stains on the back of them. The tiled floors were dirty so I can only imagine what the true colors of the carpeting is. We had an exposed outlet on our wall with no plate. The line in the shower to hang clothes on was broken and rusty. Our refrigerator doors were rusty. Pillows were lumpy and frumpy.

It was fairly quiet.

Breakfast was horrible. Food was in the refrigerator from prior guests when we checked in. Front desk promised to call when the room was ready but didn’t. When I went to check at 4:00 it was ready but was flippantly told by staff it was only 3:52 so they had 8 more minutes!

Location was great, super close to the beach and outside faucets to rinse off after. Breakfast was pretty good, they did try and stay on top of refills and wiping things down. We needed extra towels and sheets and they were helpful with that.

The room wasn’t the cleanest, the bathroom floor was pretty gross with hair and the fold out couch bed was covered in sand and dirt under the sheets when we put new ones on. There were soooo many flies in the lobby during breakfast just constantly landing on your food. Little bit of an inconvenience having to go all the way to the parking garage for the ice machine.

Staff was not very friendly. The rooms were very old. The hotel could use a facelift. It was overpriced for what you got.

The location was extremely convenient. I have 3 small children so being in walking distance of the beach without having to cross the street was a huge bonus for us. The breakfast selection wasn’t huge but my kids loved the waffles and the bagels and it was just nice not to have to go somewhere for breakfast. Absolutely loved the tiki bar being right there. We ate lunch there several times because of the convenience with the kids napping. The staff was PHENOMENAL! My son is definitely an extrovert and all the staff was very friendly and welcoming especially with him and my daughter. Definitely would recommend as far as staff and location!

The rooms were a bit small with 2 adults and 3 kids. We had the queen room with 2 beds and a pull out couch that my daughter insisted on sleeping in. So with all of our luggage and the 3 beds, it was a bit tight. But we didn’t spend a ton of time in the room so it wasn’t that big of a deal to me.

Easy access and free parking. The staff were friendly. The rooms were great for he money, and having a complete kitchen was a real bonus. Very comfortable and a good bathroom with all toiletries. Great location close to everything, including the beach The facilities were great, including the pool with its poolside bar 👍

Breakfast was ok, however only having sweet or sugary options was very disappointing - and not good for your health, (not even porridge or muesli was available, just high sugar options).

I loved the location of our room - right off the deck of the pool and near the cafe.

There was sand in the bed as if the sheets were not changed; the bathroom door did not close for privacy; the room was a little outdated and the cafe did not have the souvenir glass for the tiki drink.

The price and convenience. Was not too bad of a distance from the boardwalk.

The bathroom really needs an update.

Just a suggestion to get clothes drying rack to put out on the balcony to dry towels and bathing suits Staff hung out in entry way like it was a break room A lot of flys Room could have been cleaned better Had to ask for pots and pans for the kitchenette because there were none in the cabinets Stains on the white towels

The staff was very nice. It was close to the ocean.

We thought we were getting motel on the boardwalk but we were several blocks(100+) from the boardwalk. The rooms could have been cleaner. We as for rooms close together but we were on separate floors. The room was never cleaned during our stay.

the location was so close to the beach. the tiki bar connected to the hotel was great.the food was really good.

the price. And in the morning we had long waits to get the waffle maker. not enough seating area to eat. they ran out of yogurt/bagels the first morning

My best experience in my travels. Property clean and staff very professional and welcoming . They were upbeat and joyful.

It was nice and needed a upgrade though and the breakfast was real minimum hot cereal cold cereal and he had to make your own waffles no eggs no bacon but it was okay to freeze over had to be defrost the rug needed to be clean they needed more towels and a better breakfast
