Beach area and chairs were nice. Pool was nice. Use of paddle boards much appreciated.

We liked it’s proximity to restaurants and boat rentals. And the snorkels loaned to us from the neighboring dive center was a great bonus. We enjoyed the use of the paddle boards provided by the hotel, as well. Management was very friendly.
A couple of days we were short towels and washcloths for the two of us. Coffee was not restocked in the room after the first day.

Man wird sehr freundlich empfangen, die Lage direkt am Wasser ist total schön und das kostenlose Upgrade war fantastisch, dadurch hatten wir Meerblick. Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein verstopfter Abfluss wurde sofort gereinigt. Dieses Hotel würde ich sofort wieder buchen.
Die Küchenausstattung und der Fußboden hätten etwas sauberer sein dürfen.

A 100m de plusieurs restaurant notamment un cubain et un thai les 2 à prix corrects et très agréables.
Une des 2 personnes à l accueil d origine cubaine était très sympathique et agréable
Tout était très bien sauf que l avant dernière nuit, la chambre n avait pas été faite du tout à 20h et on a du faire le lit et récupérer une bouteille d eau et 2 capsules de café à la réception qui ne s'est même pas excusée (ce n était pas celle dont je parle plus haut)

There is a really nice little private beach with plenty of lounge chairs to enjoy the ocean view and the sun. Kids and adults also had fun with the paddle boards and kayaks.

Was close to water and Starbucks with snooks restaurant nearby.
Room wasn’t very clean. Had to ask for the room to be cleaned several days. Had to ask for clean towels. Canoes were not unlocked sun up to sun down as advertised.

L’emplacement proche de l’océan, plage, piscine, jeux pour enfants .
Restaurant juste à côté.
La propreté, vraiment déçu au prix de la chambre que ce soit aussi sale (voir photo) ! Pareil pour les parties communes.
Personnel à l’accueil, très peu accueillant, 0 sourire, 0 explicatifs de l’hôtel .
Arrivé à 15h, l’accès paddle/kayak fermé (alors que c’est écrit ok jusqu’au coucher du soleil sur leur document) et Mr pas aimable du tout nous a dit de revenir demain matin, hors le lendemain matin il pleuvait des cordes donc nous n’avons pas pu en profiter !
Il y avait de super commentaire et vraiment c’est rare mais on a ete déçu.

Nice location and next to snooks. The outside grounds were nice and free coffee a positive.
The cleaning is almost non existent. The floor was filthy and toilet ran with water all the time. Pool didn’t look like it had been cleaned for a while.

It was central to a lot of things.
The rooms were filthy. Sheets never got changed until my found them and we changed them ourselves. We had to ask to get clean towels, was told to use the dirty ones. Room was finally cleaned on our last night there.

De ligging aan de baai was prachtig.
Je kon 24 uur per dag gratis koffie en thee halen bij de receptie.
De kamers waren erg gedateerd en niet echt schoon. Hele kleine badkamer met minimale waterstraal.
Het was eigenlijk een motel.
De 4 dagen dat wij er waren was er geen wifi.

Love the location to grocery store and the bar Snooks. The back property on the water is a great place for quick dinner or just lingering for the sunset

The rooms are quite dark (besides the crazy bright white lights) and not terribly charming. Next to the parking lot with nothing but asphalt it's all very functional. Overall quite expensive for what you get

The room was large enough, but at a beach location, need to be able to hang towels, clothes, etc which wasn’t available. Great to be on the water and kayaks/sups were appreciated, but given the price per night ($300) then really asking resourt fee on top was a bit much.
Water pressure almost non existent in the basin. Shower not too bad.

The room was very clean , bed wasn't comfortable . Too hard . The vanity is in the room , not in the bathroom . There was no where to put our toiletries.
The fact that we're charging $75 a night for a 6 lb. Chihuahua that sleeps in a crate and is completely potty trained .

The location on the bay was perfect. Lovely pool and supermarkets/shops within east reach. Great bar/restaurant next door too (Snooks).

View out of the Room is Nothing Special - but go around the house to the Beach, Grab a Drink and enjoy!

Clean, safe comfortable property … loved the live music next door that could be heard during sunsets at the beach area of the property .
Check in at 3 … kayaks and paddle boards not available after 4 - thought this was too early, we just got there and were not able to enjoy.

First time staying here. We loved it! There was a problem with our room and they upgraded us to a suite and it was amazing the views are spectacular. We will come back again. Highly recommended.

locations is great and convenient
parking is poor. cars were apparently allowed to place cones in front of spaces not in use and in front of trailers taking up parking spaces in front of the rooms causing us to have to walk a good distance in the rain. also found it odd that they would not let us take kayaks out at 3pm, seems like an early cut off time. initial staff member at check was rude. when I messaged in the app I didn’t get a response. we tried seeking help from the front desk first but that wasn’t successful either.
