Breakfast had good options, loved the gluten-free bread. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. It was close to major shopping areas which was my trip's purpose.

Did not have my handicapped room on reservation as I booked handicapped room in BOOKING.com with roll in shower!!!! Not happy about this issue with booking Been using BOOKING for 15 years!!!!

gutes Hotel

I made a coutesy call to your property because we were not able to stay the night. I spoke with a hotel front desk staff that informed me i would have to call Booking.com for a refund. I told her that the booking was non refundable but we were just alerting them so that they could fill the room. She charged us for the room. So we were charged twice for the same room. Monday, April 1st, i called the hotel back to tell them the mistake on their part. I got a hotel front desk staff named Marco. He would not let me talk, he treated me like i was stupid and wouldn't allow me to speak. Then, when i insisted he let me talk, he hung up on me. I called back 3 TIMES, he kept hanging up on me, When i asked him is last name he wouldn't give it to me.

The staff was kind and attentive. I paid for a suite with 2 queen beds and a sofa via booking, and when I got there, they offered just a standard room . I paid through booking, and I couldn't get a refund at the hotel because I made a reservation via booking. The standard room was cheaper than the suite. I paid more.. The good thing was the breakfast. It was so good and free as well. The chocolate waffles were delicious. The hotel is under renovation right now.

Well where do I start first I was supposed to get a new room on 2nd floor they put me on the 5th floor the room was out dated carpet was stained the water pressure in the shower would barely come out and at one time it stopped running then the water in the sink took 5 minutes to drain and let's don't for get about the air-conditioning room never cooled off breakfast was ok but never know when they open doors not really worth the wait.

Was there for a visit to Cleveland Clinic Hospital so location was great and lots of restaurants in the area. The breakfast looked good and loved the coffee was available all the time.

The beds were very uncomfortable. Didn't rest well at all. Also, other guest were very noisy and playing music loud.

The coffee during the day was never hot. This can be improved upon. There should be more luggage trolleys than the two you now have

Loved the renovated and spacious room. Kitchenette was very convenient. Bed and pillows were extremely comfy.

High room cost and I was told that they don't make the room until the day 4th. Breakfast items run out fast and they didn't restock.

Staff was helpful. Full booked hotel due to people evacuating from Hurricane Ian. Room was comfortable and had everything we needed - kitchen, table w chairs, couch area.

Bathroom and bedroom where very dirty. Bathroom was clearly not sanitazed. Toillete had brown stains all over it, including the toillet handle. It was disgusting. Bathroom door had also stains that looked like dried blood or something worst. Carpet was very dirty and staind as well.

The room was nice and clean and they provided a free breakfast daily.

No access to gym due to construction going on in the building.
