The pool was down for maintenance

Bed was not comfortable,breakfast was not what is was it was before new people took over. Room was not that clean one one towel when we got there . We had to get more towels everyday,emptied our own trash .

day staff lady great. night guy ok but not as personable. it would be nice if u could watch TV from love seat with coffee table or bed. nice to have love seat but not very comfy $40 too much for pet charge. take a deposit instead

Easy to find and quick booking

Swimming pool not working. Bad smell in the hallways. Cleanliness not great in the room.

There was excessive noise on the floor that was not fixed by staff. When a move was requested my mother in law was placed on the 3rd floor alone where she didn’t feel safe.

upon checking in waited over 15 mins for some one to come to the desk after ringing the bell more than 3 times then when she got there she was very rude I paid cash then once we got checked in ( it was late) I came back down to the front desk to get a soda and waited another 15 mins for her at the desk breakfast was horrible and housekeeping don’t get me started there’s a sign that if ur there more than 3 days you have to request service which was fine we didn’t need service everyday any way I’m a housekeeper myself I bring my own things and clean myself but when asked for fresh towels and garbage to be taken nobody showed not once but the whole entire time we were there and then when going down to the front desk I asked if there was fresh towels I was told housekeeping would replace then which In fact they never did then to ask the person who’s staying with me for my cc number in which they already have because have been charging it random amounts im guess for the pre authorization holds but any way they had said to one of my family members that they didn’t have my cc when they did it was presented to them upon check in a little weird to ask for it in the middle of my stay I will not be back at this property and I will not recommend it to any one there’s something fishy going on at this place

We have been there before months ago…it was clean and worth the money…this time, it was dirty and not worth the money.

Everything was exceptional! This hotel was nicer than the majority I have paid 200+ a night for! I'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

The location to Freeport is very convenient. The beds were fairly comfortable, and the price was a bit lower than other hotels in that area.

The hotel is run down and dirty. There were blood stains on my comforter. There is no WiFi. None at all. There's one elevator and the cleaning staff uses it all day long with their cleaning carts and huge bags of garbage. We were trying to get the elevator down and one of the cleaning ladies was so incredibly rude because she didn't want to wait for the elevator to come back up and she couldn't fit her cleaning cart in with us...we had a party of 6. The bathroom was disgusting.
