The hot tub seemed to have a lot of cleaning solution in it causing dry itchy skin

The toilets barely flushed. The kitchen was without power, so there was not very much to eat out second day.

Booked hotel bc of pool and hot tub, but due to maintenance pool was closed whole week of our stay aside from the 2 last days

That my room was canceled as I was driving from the airport to check in due to the hotel being overbooked. This is terrible business practice, we had to sleep on couches which was not fun for 65 year Olds.

I booked this months in advance and requested a disabled roll in shower. we have stayed there in the past. However, when we arrived at 10:30 at night, we were first given the room, but the key didn’t work. Then they said that it was booked by a corporate member. Then they said it was not available due to maintenance. Apparently the manager tried to call me, but never left a message. The next day, they eventually cancelled our stay. My husband is in a wheelchair, we had to scramble to find someplace to accommodate us in the middle of the night. It was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I don’t think I will be going back to that hotel.
