I made a reservation online for a king size handicap access room. Upon check in, the room we reserved online was not available. So we were given an alternate room UPSTAIRS, without handicap access. The lady at the desk was very rude to us. She took a phone call while checking us in and was rude to the caller as well. So I knew then it wasnt just us. I provided her my card and Drivers license as requested. She told me I would still be charged the same price as I was quoted online regardless of being given a cheaper room. There was a major language barrier. She became very frustrated that I couldnt hear or understand her and went and got a man to assist. I told him exactly what had happened and explained I had provided all of my information and gave her my cards. I said I cant figure out what the problem is. He said "you interrupted our dinner is what the problem is". The hallway carpets are covered in animal hair and have a bad odor. Our carpet in our room had not been vacuumed. The microwave had spills inside. We had about 1/4 of a roll of toilet paper to use. The window was covered in thick dust. There was no breakfast or coffee as advertised.

Cleanliness of room poor, lack of smoke detector in unit, missing lock on window, faulty shower control, broken clothes hooks in bathroom, quilt with strong odor, very uncomfortable bed

Light was out in the shower area. They came and changed a bulb but it still didn't work. I booked 2 rooms with a microwave and a refrigerator. One room had a refrigerator and the other a microwave.

When we arrived the outside of the building was dirty, beer cans and trash and a shutter hanging of one of the windows. We went inside and there was no one at the desk, we tried the phone and again there was no response. We waited about 15 min and when still no one arrived we left. We came back in about 1/2 hour and still no one! We wrote a note and placed it on the desk. (we took a photo) We also have photo's of the outside trash. This was not only unbelievable but totally unacceptable! I/ we want a refund and will be contacting Wyndham if this doesn't happen. I can't imagine that they would want their name attached to such a disaster of a lodging facility. Barbara Herbst

Air conditioning could have worked, handicapped room should have had a bath chair or built in seat, ran out of soap and shampoo for us on our third day, didn’t have garbage bags in the garbage by day three. Garbages out side we’re full and over flowing by day two

The rate was great. Also enjoyed the staff...very friendly. Also prayed with/for us after setting us up with our rooms. 🙏🏽👍🏽🙂

Mix up on our reservations, check in was horrible, was told to not use the 2nd bed, would not stay again.

Cleanliness was very poor. There floor had several pieces of garbage and food so had not been vacuumed before hand. No breakfast or anything to drink as advertised. Definitely would not recommend this hotel.
