Cool room. Good smell bedroom. Clean bath. Nice staff.

The housekeeping staff were pleasant. The breakfast was good.

The room was really small, and the front desk staff were unprofessional. They appeared to be understaffed and uneducated. They spoke to customers as though they were "hommies," not patrons of the hotel, using words such as "yo" and "you know what I'm sayin". It was very patronizing.

The whole hotel was very nice & friendly.

Could have had a little more for Breakfast, not many options. Wished the Hot Tub was working.

Break fast would have been good if you prepare beef sausages but you prepared only pork not everyone eats pork at least do both

We were told breakfast would be ready by 6:55-7am and it was not ready until 7:15. We were already on a time frame. Not many options to choose from and the hostess was not smiling.

A customer kept cussing regarding his girlfriend taking his car and the two workers thought it was funny and didn't ask him once to stop cussing in front of the other guests. It went on for 20 mins then the girlfriend showed up and alot of guests were applaud. The room was not to satisfactory. I felt uncomfortable, there was cracks and patches on the walls and ceilings. Felt confined. Pets everywhere. For the price you charge was wrong and not worth it. I travel alot and I have stayed at a different location. Never experience this before. The bed was hard, overcharging for rooms that need to be fixed up.
