The bed. The rooms are large.

Location. Breakfast hours. Water pressure. Lack of free coffee.

The rooms were clean and big and price was good. Even though it was slightly out of town, I had no issue with the location.

It advertised an indoor pool but it was in a connecting hotel through a maze of dark hallways. Kind of creepy. The breakfast was just so so. They offered waffles but only had 1 iron and my husband found something crunchy in his scrambled eggs. They were tasteless.

The bed was VERY comfortable!

No one was at the front desk for 10 minutes after I arrived (between 2030 and 2100 so not late) and in spite of my telling them when I would arrive. Additionally, I filled out a "quick" check in form on the mobile app Why do all that if you're not going to properly staff.the.front desk? Weird Vegas wannabe vibe with empty gaming machines everywhere. No breakfast until 0700 and it was in the creepy AF adjacent hotel. I went over to see if their restaurant was open, since they advertise room service...nope! Only on Fridays and Saturdays from 1700-2200.I felt unsafe over there. I've never seen a hotel with a bunch of lights off and no staff around...Come play with us Danny. Oh, and they want, get this...$3.25 for a small cup of coffee in their lobby. No free lobby coffee to grab on your way out the door with no breakfast (unless you want to make it in the tiny coffee machine in your room). I asked to cancel my next stay, but they refused to help us both out by giving me a refund.

The staff that was working the front desk the day we arrived was the only good thing about this stay.

The bedding was all stained and gross I had to go ask for a different blanket and thankfully the friendly lady that was there when we checked in was still working. She got me a new one. Went back to the room to get showered for bed and the shower stall had long hair all over the wall and floor and the shower curtain was all covered in soap residue. The room I booked was to have a shower that was enclosed and I'm pretty sure that gave me a disability accessible room , not what I had booked. The toilet stopped working and would not flush. There were other things in the room that were just dirty and gross. It was not worth what I paid at all and when I addressed them with the young man working at the desk at check out all he said was sorry. I honestly would not recommend staying here. I greatly regret it. Put a bit of a damper on the reason we stayed.

the pictures are false advertising. the outside door entrance not working which made it hard for people who had to park so far away.

The surrounding green area was very pretty with an old barn , picnic tables and lots of room to take a walk

Absolutely no amenities. Indoor pool is in a sister property. Needed cash to buy water. No coffee or hot water in lobby. Rooms were very large but not well organized (couldn’t reach the night stand by the bed). Business area very limited, no way to send a fax. Employees seemed to not be very knowledgeable about hotel. Don’t let the pictures of the outside fool you, this is NOT a newer hotel.

Huge Rooms! Quiet Location, Attentive Staff. Beds were soft.

Lots of deferred maintenance here. The mirror in my bathroom had been replaced and pencil marks were left all over the wall, the parking lot had weeds growing through the cracks. The place almost looks abandon. Cleanliness in my room was questionable. Spilled coffee on the wall, atop the fridge. A bloody substance stained the wall near the toilet. The floor pan of the shower was dirty and the shower curtain was cloudy with soap scum. The hotel soap was basically worthless and the shower faucet impossible to adjust. Shame because this place could be a real jewel. It gave me the creeps. There is a very old barn, outbuilding and abandon looking house in the parking lot. That location was used as a Civil War Hospital and is allegedly haunted- that may bother some. Its co-location with the Eisenhauer Inn is kind of weird, that property has seen better days, it throws an odd cast on the whole complex.

Breakfast was good, I appreciate NOT having everything covered in cheese and/or sugar! Eggs, sausage, potatoes were decent. Staff lady was lovely!

it was old, dingy, rug was wet, beds were uncomfortable and the flood lights shown through our window all night and no ability to close the light filtering curtains as they were only for show and didn’t close all the way. the coffee machine in the lobby was ridiculous and tasted awful. breakfast looked unappetizing so we didn’t eat. Overall this place is a dump.

Breakfast is very nice. When we arrived in our room, there was a bottle of wine on the table along with a very nice welcome card. What a nice surprise!

The location was walking distance from the location I wanted.

They are under MAJOR renovation not a small one was horrible as far as looked like a horror movie was being filmed in the Old part the newer building was better but lots of issuies as well.

Location ! if Your going to visit the Gettysburg Battlefield, this is a great place to stay, located on Emmitsburg road just west of the Battlefield, so no heavy traffic like the hotels just off of Rt.15,

can't say I did not like anything, the breakfast could have been a little but it is free !

The breakfast was delicious

It was a very strange logistical situation. We had to walk through almost the whole hotel to the other facility. Nothing to be done about that but I would recommend you have signage in the future so that I spiral hotel guests are more clear as to which way to find breakfast.
