Good choices for breakfast. Food was hot and fresh. Staff friendly and helpful. Area was clean. Lots of room. Would have liked to have cereal but the choices were good too. Would return if ever back that way.

The room’s ceiling had falling plaster,there was lots of noise at all hours, breakfast was lacking and room keys never worked, they also over charged my card. No manager on duty on weekends to speak to.

The staff was friendly, pool was clean. There were some pool toys (balls and beach balls) that the staff made sure were always inflated and in the pool.

Breakfast was terrible, fake eggs and sausage. Of course, there’s a waffle machine, but not a whole lot more than that. It was not communicated that each day needed a new wristband for the pool. If you want to relax in the adult hot tub while the kids are in the pool, you cannot see the pool from the hot tub due to the slide being right in front of the pool.

The breakfast was a buffet style. They have a lot of Debbie cake type snacks, applesauce, fruit cups, bananas, apples, sausage, eggs, waffles, cereal, cheese and yogurt.

The pool signs say no alcohol but people were drinking alcohol around the pool and not supervising their children so on the weekends it can be hectic. It's not the hotels fault because they have no pool staff on duty just signs on the wall but can be unsafe for smaller kids and pregnant woman. Overall it was fun.

The breakfast offered a good variety.

Splash Harbor was a little small and packed for the amount of people. Couldn't imagine it at full capacity.

As always the friendly staff the amazing facility, the presence of Bellevue finest was reassuring and they were super nice

We liked the idea of a family fun splash harbor pool where we could have fun with the families in our group after going snow tubing. The idea was much better than the reality of this location.

The property was old and outdated. It was nothing like the pictures. The ceiling in the splash area was covered in mold. The jets in the “adult” hot tub did not work. They really should rethink the flooring near the slide stairs (I saw at least 3 kids fall and one my friend and I felt very much that we had to go assess for a concussion because he fell very hard on his head— of course as with all of the kids there, the parents were definitely not paying attention). The building is not in any way handicapped accessible. There is no elevator, and you have to walk through multiple doors to get to the small stair case to haul your stuff upstairs to the small rooms. For a family style hotel, the rooms are fairly small (they are standard rooms but you would think that as a family based location they would be larger). If you go into the bathroom in the pool area be careful not to trip and fall forward because there is an unmarked huge step in the threshold. The police activity in the parking lot was also a fantastic thing to explain to our children… apparently this is a common occurrence and they have an officer who stays in the parking lots because of the high incidence of drug use and overdose because of the location off the freeway and lack of cameras ( some warning might have been nice). We had 6 rooms booked and we called to request that we all be on the same floor, they said okay and did that for us, and then told us to call the day off to request an early check in. We called the day of as directed, three of our 6 rooms were there and they did let us check in an hour early which was helpful. However when we later called to ask for something from our room we were told, and I quote “we have already accommodated your party enough”.

I loved the pools and how clean and kept up the pool area was. The room was clean. Beds were nice and soft.

Great place to stay with children. Splash Harbor is perfect for various ages. The breakfast is great, the beds were comfortable, the kids like the game room as well. The staff were all very nice 😊, we were there on a busy holiday weekend. No sign of the employee shortage. Our room was clean, the hotel is dated and could use some fresh paint or upgrades if you like things to look new but for the price, I am not complaining. This is the third year we have come for a break in winter and will likely be back again. There is a lot to do in the area too. We have visited Snow Trails while there and done bowling at Lex Lanes. The kids LOVE the swimming most of all.

The walls are thin. You will hear the people at the pool and neighboring rooms. Do not expect your room to be noise free, this is a place where lots of families bring children. Someone complained of our children being loud at 10:30 at night, the only one still up was the 1 1/2 year old baby who did not want to sleep for some reason. We were woke up by much noise outside our door at 12:30 am the night before. Like I said, there are kids/ families. Expect noise.

The beds are really hard, and we would love full-size pillows. Not the small square ones. And it's always pandemonium at the pool!
