Extremely clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff was great. Veronica, the breakfast attendant was amazing to our family. You can tell she really loves her job and the hospitality industry

The hotel was extremely clean. The staff were so nice but also got us checked in and out so quickly. Sindy was our cleaning lady and I have never seen a hotel room so clean. We absolutely loved our stay. The location was amazing too, we ate dinner next door. Couldn’t recommend this hotel highly enough.

The room was spacious and clean. The manager on duty when we checked in was very nice and friendly. There were several resteraunts within walking distance.

major work going on that was not aware of prior to booking.Guy I believe was owner was nasty and yelled from behind his lap top ,”it was in the listing on booking !”I was not looking for a discount I just casually mentioned I was not aware of work going on. The other staff members were nice but feel bad that they work for that angry guy.The water was turned off during my shower and other customers as well. Tv was not working during stay. The breakfast area was set up in corner of lobby and not good We went down the block to Waffle House instead. only 1 elevator was working and stunk of a chemical smell from the flooring. pool was out of order

Cleanliness is at the top of my priorities, and I wasn't disappointed. The hot breakfast was a nice surprise, though the potatoes were too greasy to eat. The bold coffee was delicious! Your staff were professional, courteous and friendly.

I went downstairs for a quick swim in the morning. Unfortunately, a pipe had burst in the pool area, and it was closed for repairs. I'm not complaining though, because half of your guests were there because of frozen pipes!
