The staff were friendly.
This place is most definitely not the premier destination on the lake. The hotel is SOOO outdated, dirty and just not up to scratch at all. For the amount it costs the standard is absurd. I’m sure back in the day it was nice but they’re really let it go to ruin. Whilst sure being on the lake is nice, considering you could stay anywhere else , walk 5 mins and be on the lake it really isn’t necessary to stay there for that. Would avoid!

The layout and accommodations of the building were excellent. The price for a king suite that was the equivalent of a single bedroom apartment is astounding

The room was inadequately furnished with very tattered furniture and inadequate dishes and glassware. Pullout bed was unsleepable. Most upholstery was worn torn and stained. Like an old frat house.

Room was nice and comfortable.
Holiday weekend and the pool is closed halfway thru for a cleaning. Really! The restaurant which a reason we went couldn't take anymore then the 15 people that where seated because the kitchen was overwhelmed. Again REALLY on a holiday weekend.

At first, the hallways and elevators were confusing to get to the restaurant and bar, but we figured it out!

The floor in my bathroom was level with my shower so the water drained out into the whole bathroom.
