The people working at this establishment are probably some of the nicest humans I have ever interacted with. Every single person there was amazing.
I find it absolutely astonishing that there is only one roll away bed available for the entire place. We ended up having to bring another girl on my daughter's team with us, and they had us in a room with one bed. Went and bought an air mattress, problem one solved. Our room was right next to the stairs so all hours we could hear the door opening and closing. The water in the shower was either scalding hot or freezing cold. It was impossible to find a comfortable temperature.

There rooms were clean, and the place was big enough. The size is good too. It was close to where we needed to go and the only one available we could afford.
They could have had breakfast for the price, no USB ports in the room, should have for sale if not supplied, rooms need tech upgrades with TVs, USBs etc... The seating furniture could use an upgrade as well. All in all it was ok, but not really in keeping with the cost.

Clean hotel, excellent staff. When it became clear that the parking lot noise was going to be a problem, Robin quickly moved us to a different room with no hassle, no extra charge.

clean well appointed large suite. quiet fridge and quiet a/c. Very comfortable with sufficient kitchen accessories to cook breakfast and simple dinner. one of the best suites with kitchen we have found

We very much liked the cleanliness of the room. It was very comfortable. Bed was good. Work space was nice.
NO ONE at the front desk upon arrival - finally used the phone. Same with checkout in the morning. Very disappointing. I felt like I was a bother to the young woman when I was checking in - like she had to leave something way more interesting than her job. Didn't like being on the third floor with our dog since I had asked MONTHS ago for a low floor close to a door. Did not like not having breakfast or a decent cup of coffee.

The staff was wonderful and went out of her way to help with the mix up of our rooms. She was wonderful with everything. The room was exceptional and the bed was really comfortable. The room was really big and had enough room for all of us even with a roll away bed. The dogs even loved the room.
