The property was very nice! It was very spacious and decorated nicely. The beds were very comfortable! Location was perfect overlooking the lazy river and pool! Everything worked well! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The door code did not work until 30 minutes after check in time. Spent 30 plus minutes on hold and never got any help. Brenda the housekeeper even tried to help and could not get hold of anyone, not how Iike to start a vacation

The guest restroom was not working. Called several times and they took 24 hrs to fixed it. It had a poop odor, it was horrible.

The view was amazing, especially when it rained. The Pool and lazy river was a family favorite. We look forward coming next year!

Theres a small issue with with the cleaning, Only in the balcony. Spiderwebs in the corners and just dusty. We also had some issues with the App. As we Wanted to access the gym our code was apoerantly wrong. I sent an email but never got a reply.. But we did visit front desk and they were able to help is out.
