Nothing I was told it was going to cost 375 for 2 nights and i paid 747.00 this was a huge rip off false advertisement

The beach and slingshot and restaurants were good

It was a nice enough condo.

It was a fairly long walk to the beach, across the road. No one was at the office during our stay. the clothes dryer didn't work

Working with the maintenance team was easy. We had a minor leak and a closet door off the track both of which they responded to promptly.

There were no blankets or throws available and in order to cool the upstairs, the downstairs was too cool. Only 1 kitchen towel and wash cloth were provided which made washing them frequently necessary. Kitchen had a very musty smell and had fruit flies. And it would have been a nice touch to have provided cheap pool towels.

location from beach. Not being able to use the balconies as this was the one thing I was interested in. You made it right by compensating me for the loss which I appreciated. Room was not as shown online.

The area

How we was consistently look at because we were a black family, we was told by the owner to go outside the office so my kids can use the wifi, I was very offended. The condo is old

The location was good and the pools were nice. Very close to the beach.

There was sand in the beds and a broken light bulb in the floor when we arrived.

It was a bit of a walk to get to any restaurants so we had to drive alot but wasn't bad cause we weren't having to deal with the congestion near our room.

The pools. How close the beach was. The peaceful atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen. The balcony/deck.

A couple things in the resort we stayed in were broken. Only one trash bag was left for us but the office was kind enough to give us another one. The condo upon arrival was not cleaned thoroughly. The floor was visible still dirty and felt like sand was all over it when I walked bare footed. The condo had a wet scent or mildew odor. I took it upon myself to clean it and swept up a large pile of dirt, sand and red hair soon after arriving so my family and I could go enjoy ourselves instead of waiting for someone to come clean. The steps going upstairs looked like they were never vacumed and there were burs in the carpet that were very painful to step on. The television in the LR was fuzzy and we couldn't get any cable service for it. I had reached out about this but nobody ever came to look at the TV. Also we noticed a lot of cigarette butts in the back yard area that were coming from the lady staying in M4. We couldn't enjoy the back deck because of the cigarette smoke. Water pressure in the bathroom was terrible! The chairs to the dining room table were stained and appeared to be dirty. I loved the fact that there were plenty of dishes to use and the beds were comfortable. Also, the view on the balcony was nice and the pools were wonderful! They were clean and well maintained.Very close to the beach. I would definitely stay there again. Maybe try a different unit next time.

No baskets balls courts and the tennis court was not workable.we did need manitance once

It was very comfortable, the beach is crossing the street. Very nice apartment.

It wasn't too clean, it has some trash under the beds and the couch.

Location was perfect, the condo was very nice I would stay there again, especially that unit. No contact for entry to unit I was email the code and it worked. Neighbors helped as well with questions I had and the entire community was sweet and helpful. Short walk to pools (3 pools & hot tub) and to the beach across the street.

It was easy to check in. Loved the key code to enter. I loved the hot Tub and the pool upfront it is very pretty. The facility and the grounds are well maintained and it’s just across the street from the beach. Felt very safe and not scared to walk around in the middle of the night when my fur baby needed to tinkle. The unit is decorated very pretty but does need some updates to include the leaking shower and the Formica countertops.

It was dirty. The floors when we entered made our feet dirty. They had not swept under the couches or the beds. Also, I was not allowed to control the temperature in the room the owner had the thermostat locked and I couldn’t lower it below 70 and it made the upstairs too warm at night in Florida’s hot and very humid weather. When we called the management company the first time they were accommodating but the second time they were not. Very disappointed because nowhere in our agreement or their advertisement did it say you could only cool the house to a certain temperature. The beds were not comfortable and need to be upgraded. They are older or cheaper mattress. I woke up multiple times every night in pain and several nights I couldn’t fall back asleep because of the discomfort. The shower leaked into the living room, the hot water would be gone in the shower within 5 minutes if not sooner. Maintenance staff also tried to fix the leak when we called them but it didn’t stop it. The unit needs some upgrading.
