A pizza place was close by.

The noise, the smell, the sheets on the bed had stains and the fact that I was given a room where I believe they put people of color, or anyone who doesn't look like they are worthy enough to have a clean room. Men knocking at my door looking for the prostitute that was in a room down the hall from me. I'm not sure how this place is still in business. I could say a lot more, but I won't. I'll never stay here again!!! I'd rather sleep on a park bench in the snow.

Everything was gross

Good, room was clean and I had enough pillows and blankets/ Room temperature was fine.

Only 1 of the three lamps were working to light the room.

Dirty blood in bathroom breakfast was frozen waffles frozen oj just very dirty

The bed was comfortable. it had a refrigerator and microwave in the room.

The bathroom was too small. The door wouldn’t even open all the way. The hotel is in really bad shape.

the tub, sink, towels, bed sheets, shower curtain were dirty.. like it hadn’t been wiped down thoroughly.. i had asked the front desk if i could have some spray and towels to declension it myself so i could feel better and they had someone come and clean it but it still wasn’t up to par.. i checked the mattress because why not and the whole mattress was on the wrong side so it was hard. the breakfast options need help. why am i paying to stay but i can’t take my breakfast back to my room?? vending machines all around but all empty. idk i feel like they could’ve just done better as a whole.. i’d say some work could be done all around.

Where to start... All signage was broken on the outside of business, when we walked in the gentleman took our name, looked in the computer, charged my credit card, then told us they have no running water and they are not accepting guests. I wasn't issued a refund until I called in and requested one. I was told it would post in 5 days, as of now I have not received the refund.
