I had breakfast in my room. Watched TV to get storm coverage.

This room was bug infested. The floor was so filthy I showed my slippers to a worker & she asked me if I wanted the floor swept & moped, I said yes. When she finished I thought I could go barefoot until I saw the bottom of my feet! They were as black as the slippers. I had to wear shoes every time I got off the bed. I have pictures if anyone wants to see. The refrigerator wouldn't open, the coffee pot was missing the coffee holder & there were no cups. Last night I took everything out of the suitcase & shook everything in hopes I wasn't bringing any bugs home. While repacking this morning I killed more next to my open suitcase! I should have been paid to stay in a room like that. Someone is not doing there job. I strongly feel I should be compensated for all this. At 81yrs I definitely don't need this. The storm was stressful enough. Thank you for letting me get this off my shoulders. When I saw the name Wyndham, I thought it would really be nice but what a shock. P.S. Cleanliness

12 min away from Rock Springs. Breakfast was fresh and individually wrapped. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, Staff was friendly, and very helpful. Room smelled, and felt fresh, like you can tell they put effort into cleaning it. Facility was clean with plenty of parking space. Overall it was great! Thank you!

Kinda akward entrance, but only because of construction. Poolwater seemed a little green and there was some strange bubbles on one side. Breakfast room is super small, crowded, and chaotic, but still the food is individually wraped and kept neat, and staff super helpful. Did not see any No Smoking signs and there were some sketchy looking men smoking on the stairs where we had to squeeze by. Curtains are thick, but too small for the windows and the light from outside was too bright at night and I could not sleep that good.

the room had cockroaches, it smelled a lot of cigarettes, they do not respect the space of the guests, they were washing the windows of my room with a press washer at 3 in the afternoon and we were taking a nap, I called and they said they were services for the building

The tv in the room was new and the beds were comfortable. The internet was fast.

The floor in the room was filthy, my daughters feet were black from walking around for 15mins. We wore our shoes inside the whole time. The fridge was leaking water, I think the freezer was melting. The location is loud, we got a room right by the office and the road was loud and people were outside most of the night talking/yelling.

The excellent customer service, the welcome and positive attitude from the staff.
